  1. They are the same. TT complete exhaust sytem (excluding turbo elbows) will bolt right up to the NA. Its the turbo elbow which is the only difference.
  2. Its a man-made suede like material. It came as standard on door cards and panels on some Series 2/3 cars.
  3. Fuel prices are getting out of control. Local Texaco garage is 109.9p per litre for Regular unleaded and 113.9p for Diesel. Its a good job they dont do high octane fuels at that garage . :headvswal
  4. Thats who I was going to suggest.
  5. Cool :) 12:15pm I think
  6. Im going home after the meet, but have to collect rest of the family first...fraddon would mean me driving 30-40mins in homeward location for meet, then the same back again in opposite direction to collect family, before heading back that way home again. Im keen on Lanner becuase of where I will be staying in Cornwall that weekend. But thats just personal preference, will go with majority ofcourse.
  7. The only 90-93 (actually its 89-94) drop-in Nismo injectors are the purple top 555's 740cc are red top and for 95 onward fuel rails
  8. no, You will need to run power to it. Just a Positive and earth it to the floor. Make sure you use thick enough gauge wiring.
  9. Shop around for insurance....at 26 your should'nt be paying more than £600-£700 fully comp on a TT - Import or UK ! ...unless you have no or little NCB. All UK cars are TT 2+2. Japs are available with every configuration. All 2+2 are Targa, the Slicktop(hardtop) option is very rare and only available on the SWB. Yep, would be easy enough to get a Stock spoiler refitted. There are fibreglass replicas's which would be better to fit than a old foam version.
  10. AndyP would be the relevent admin contact
  11. For a 1996 TT Manual I would say £5k is a very good price, depending on condition.
  12. At the end of the day they are just bank details, which are relatively safe to give out. Somebody cant get money out of your account with them. You see Bank details posted everywhere, quite often companies post them on there websites.
  13. lol @ replies to this thread. Sorry I dont have PS on this laptop, but I thought it was obvious what you were saying
  14. nice...lovely....what !! awful cars If you like sierras ( :slap: ) go for it David - not a cossie fan.
  15. Yep, it requires Dexron III. Same as the Power steering system.
  16. It will prob take you around 6-8 hrs non-stop the first time, providing you dont have problems with seized nuts..etc
  17. There are LOADS of tyre threads on here...there was a a long thread only a couple of days ago.
  18. Contrats Stu, well done
  19. I've had 3 1992 Z32's....all series 1. Series 2 did'nt start till late 92, and with the delay between manufacture date and registration date, 1992 s2 cars would be few and far between.
  20. Black is my favourite stock colour. However it is such a PITA to keep clean, as soon as it gets remotely dirty it looks shite. In fact..on that note..I'll change my answer to Silver being my favourite stock colour.
  21. 1470kg from a 2+2 TT and 1420kg for a Slicktop NA des not make sense  Slicktop is approx 70kg lighter than a 2+2, NA is approx 80kg lighter than a TT ........that should be a 150kg difference.
  22. TT is roughly 80kg heaver than NA though. Although a large part of that weight is the rear subframe/diff difference....which I have swapped to an NA version anyway so more like a 40kg difference. What I cant understand though is how some LWB TT owners are getting high 1400's , while others are getting a figure in the high 1500's (which should be about right), without either having major weight alterations. 100kg is a big weight difference. I believe the kerb weight should be the vehicle with all fliuds, full tank of fuel and no driver/passengers or luggage. ? Either way I should see something around 200kg lighter than a stock 2+2 TT. :hyper:
  23. ahh..right.gotcha. Not sure if he's still about on the zed scene anymore.
  24. Ah right, well if you paid that much, and you got back an old version then thats very bad if it was'nt replaced :nono: Who was it ?
