A common misconception - I like to think that a bit more thought as gone into it than that :sad:. Agreed, lots in there of my lighting mods but amongst it there as been some engine work :cool3:.

You need a bigger rad, stage 3 clutch to handle it, to reach your goal your turbos need replacing, I am lucky enough to of hit 500 without doing internals, my spec list is in 'my garage', if you care to peruse :yes:.

Yes....stick 12v directly into it and see what happens !! Never had one on the bench nor have I ever had an issue with mine but I expect there's only about 4 wires, one will be ground and one will be positive lift and another positive retract, so go on do it then work back from here.

I noticed that when my friend Ian brought his Z round the other day he had some stock fitted felt that covered the 2 x bolt covers in the handle so today I cut some up that was spare from the centre cubby and soon put that right sticking it down with double sided sticky tape - methinks not many knew that this felt should be here, I know I didn't :no:.

Does it always fire when cold and you have this starting issue when it's warm or hot ? Not sure what the buzzing is but if you can hear clicking when you crank it means your battery's voltage is low.

I don't know how anyone can possibly like those lights...first pic you think oooooh nice and then the next pic you think :hurl:, it's just so wrong and really lets it down on what otherwise looks a tidy looking car - glad you have some lights including with the deal no matter in what condition, fitting them can certainly be your first job :thumbup1:.

Earlier Graham really ?? Surely the later in the year the better for you as it'll give you that extra more time to get it sprayed :tt2:.
