Stick my neck out and predict this.....no I've not had a drink . I see a little glimmer of potential in England coming through at the moment :thumbup1:.

My New Exhaust...
I was inspired after reading this thread to get some sort of badges/plates from Alunox the makers of mine as I have nothing on it to say who the maker is, they are based in the UK, Wrexham to be more precise. So I just fired off an email via there website and they dispatched the ones in the pic for free immediately with no quibbling :cool3: need to offer on the car yet but I'll find a spot for them. They also told me they had some stickers and some larger plates so I have asked for these also cos I'm cheeky like that :tt2:.

What did you do to your zed today?
Most certainly and I'm sorry to of been the bearer of the bad news .

Parcel2go to cheap?
That's just the same though, they're only booking agents, same thing can go wrong with whoever you book with. For small bits, 2, 3, 4Kgs I use parcel2go parcelshop drop with myHermes - never a problem and works well. Larger items I am currently using http://www.ipostparcels.com which is UKMail and again no problems.

Sadly - Another One Bites The Dust
I wanted it Danny but couldn't because it needs to go to end of life registered breakers but I'm not sure if it's being crushed or not as it's not on the auction salvage site anymore as it was briefly. The policyholder was fine and got paid out.

Sadly - Another One Bites The Dust
In the Zed community where let's face it news travels very fast especially bad news, I have been sitting on this info/pics for about 3 weeks now and I get no pleasure from it but only to inform you all. I was shown these pics and more of this car and it dawned on me that I had seen the car before, not having to look far I found it and it belong to a very high profile active member on here..........Paul C had owned this UK Zed 11 years, sold it earlier this very summer and within weeks.....well see below for yourself - now a Cat B, apparently 'the rear kicked out on a dual carriageway and the driver lost control'. Sorry Paul if you didn't know bud, I guess the following pics will break your heart .

Just picked up a familiar Z
Oh no.......is this car still on this forum !!!! A great buy as Quavey had this over twice to my house so I know it well .

what size bulbs?
I can confirm you will struggle very much for the H1 to fit in the front fogs :nono:, it will however fit perfectly for the main beam, H3 is required, the same as for the low beams, so sit back and relax you have ordered correctly .

Blackpool Illumiminations
Just thought I'd look for a pic on their website, nothing, but did find this review from a guest, expect they might be more if I go on tripadvisor. '''''whilst the driveway to the hotel could benefit from a resurface'''

Blackpool Illumiminations
I'm far from happy Bri, I just couldn't get over it and there wasn't even a choice of going partly around the sides as there was a kerb all the way down this entrance drive, like all us I literally crept over the others and even then felt a touch but this particular one was huge and if memory serves not kept in the best of order. Would really like Wayne or Stewart to just toddle on back and take a pic/measurements as this hotel is not private and is open to the public so we've every right to be there - just make sure you go in one of these :surrender:.

Blackpool Illumiminations
It's just that gash, I'll throw a bit of filler in it and a quick blow with some spray and it'll improve no end, think the marks to the left will polish out. Think there was about 6 humps, 6 too many IMO :mad2:.
-
Blackpool Illumiminations
Great to see all these pics, here's mine though . 2nd to last going in speed hump got me, I crept over straight on all of them going in and wasn't happy with any especially this monster, why the need for them all over the country :cursing:. Coming away from the Urban Village I thought I would attack this particular hump at 45 degrees, or else go straight again and rake all my underside, I did and thought I'd got away with it at the time, must of caught the bumper on the way up it, creeping practically side on, today I spotted what I thought was a leaf................but oh no damaged :headvswal.

Fitted a HID kit
Love to help but I might need them one day and anyway I would have to charge a tenner delivered for the pair, best getting your own from a UK seller for a touch more like this, if you need them quickish. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Xenon-HID-Headlight-Kit-EXTENSION-LEADS-WIRES-50cm-20-/360266390916?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item53e18cdd84

Led side lights jap 93
Yes something like that. You get some with these, always flog the clear units after as we use our stock wing bulb holders with them, so you'll always find a buyer no problem. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NISSAN-300ZX-CLEAR-SIDE-LIGHT-REPEATER-INDICATORS-/290974518352?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item43bf6ecc50

gauges?
My am water gauge sits when fully warm slap bang in the middle of it's range, any change in engine temp/problem will be recognized by this gauge practically immediately, whereas your stock clocks temp gauge will not register any significant movement at all until it's too late....it's a no brainer chum :thumbup1:.
-
Ouch...
, oooh nasty is that.
-
gauges?
I have oil pressure instead of the temp, water temp is a must :thumbup1:.

Fitted a HID kit
There are extensions you can buy, just have a look in the usual place if you feel you haven't enough length boys . I have some here in my garage but I'm not using them atm.
-
Fitted a HID kit
Buy yourself another HID kit :thumbup1:, then you'll know for sure they'll match and will actually light up the road. And move your sidelights to the indicator units.
-
Led side lights jap 93
You just need to go on ebay and buy some 501 bulb holders with tails, and yes dremel out an hole to accomodate them in your indicator units. There are 3 wires to your fog light, one is ground, one is for your H3 fog bulbs and the other your side lights, you just need to run across with a ground and the side light one to the corner indicator units, keeping a ground and the fog wire there for your fogs to work in the fog light housing only.

J31 M6 ? Can we meet at 2.30 - 3pm, Rich is talking about 5pm ish at Urban Village but this is too late and doesn't allow for any chatting, it needs to be earlier as it'll soon be going dark .

what size bulbs?
I'd buy these as you get 2 x T10 bulb holders with them with a couple of tails attached and these are worth about £7.00 the pair, you can then sell the clear indicators for say £15.00 if you don't want them that is without the holders as we all have bulb holders anyway in our wings, so you'll be no worse off. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NISSAN-300ZX-CLEAR-SIDE-LIGHT-REPEATER-INDICATORS-/290974518352?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item43bf6ecc50 I'd just get the 5 smd white T10 bulbs from ebay and also get a £20.00 HID H3 kit for your front fogs, it's a bit of fiddling to fit and there is a How-To but the light they give off mainly at the sides of the road is amazing .
