Can I format a locked 2.5" HDD
Using the drive manager see if it shows in there. Delete the partition and recreate it then format.

The plug on its own is actually part of the kit from wiring specialties and just figured out its to be plugged into the inhibiter loom. The manual conversion was done years ago but the wiring specialties loom takes care of like of the neutral switch and reverse lights with proper plugs rather than hacking of connectors. What I can't understand is how I bypassed this inhibitor switch previously as I've never touched the main relay. Only thing I can think of is I've just joined the park sensor cables together and now they are not by me cutting off the plug.

Correct Vaccuum sizes
4mm and 6mm are the norm I believe. 6mm comes off the turbos, 4mm from the plenum at various points going to the blow off valves. I have hundreds of vac pipe and when I changed my colour scheme I just loom tapes all the red stuff I had now it looks oem.

think I've solved this one myself after reading various right-ups on auto conversions. Just need to bypass that switch which I now know is in the drivers side wheel arch.

Been reading up on a few oz forums and I believe that my zed thinks its still an auto so as part of the auto to manual conversion I think we need to bypass the starter inhibiter switch.

Here's is the loom I have installed and what confuses me is the small loop cable you can see in the middle. As I don't remember connecting that anywhere.

Not that i noticed. Dont have any bulbs in my headlights to test them. I have a wiring specialties harness and i thing something might be wired wrong with it.

no click so something but still be disconnected or wired wrong. Interior wise all my lights work but now when I put my front fogs on the dash illuminates which I don't remember ever happening before. All wipers work fine and tested front washers and the new jets I bought are awesome. To try and diagnose the issue I took the drivers side wheel off to get myself underneath but I only had the scissor jack and didn't trust it any higher. However I did find another unrelated fault in that the power steering solenoid looks buggered.- JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
Windows, interior lights, indicators, fogs, wipers all work just no ignition.- JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
Ok, three out of five were wrong, in that the colours changed between the harness and ignition. I now turn the key and have power but no ignition, not even a sign of trying to turn over.- JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
Seen those before but something doesn't add upp. When I turn the key to acc I get some internal lighting above head but nothing else, no lights on the dash either but if I turn to start I get full power but no engine start. Windows only work while forcing the key to start so that suggests something back to front.- JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
Ignition issues now! Tried to start her up and get power only at the ignition stage. So looks like i have a wiring issue. Anyone got a picture of the rear of the ignition to compare? I think i have two wires round the wrong way.- JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray

yeh, That's the daily driver but it belongs to the wife ! It was at JAE last year but had to park it in the carpark after the first day as it was spotted, lol- Angle grinder
Would it not be too late if you are dead and defeat the purpose of having the switch ? :)- Caliper Refurb Costs
The old callipers are cast iron and badly corroded so not worth it to anyone hence why I have this issue. I'll get the callipers from banzai and order the rebuild kits for them and tackle it myself as doesn't look that hard to do.- JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
Four more clips arrived today so nipped to the garage and fitted them to the water pipes. Ready for the coolant refill shortly. - JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
