  1. yeh, :) Lid seems to be off center which is weird. And its more of an unfinished aluminium rather than green.
  2. Below is my new pas pot; anybody notice anything strange about it ?
  3. offer this guy £150 and he will accept; best deal on the internet for a great boost controller : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Greddy-Profec-B-Spec-II-Electronic-Boost-Controller-Black-NEW-turbo-limitter-/252032638051?
  4. So this is the new start menu. Its part menu part tile but can be fully customised and the tile part can be compressed in or out to any size. The icons can also be moved about and resized in any order.
  5. for those who like the tile interface it can be enabled as full screen like the old one. I actually liked it as I grouped all my common apps together and I made its background match the desktop so it wasn't as bad navigating back and forth.
  6. So for anyone running windows 7/8/8.1 you get a free upgrade. For those who are scared to make the leap I've been running the full released version at home and work for over 3 weeks now and its perfectly stable and a great improvement over its predecessors. I'm currently working out a plan to upgrade over 70 pc's at my work. And for those who think that they will just wait for the 10.1 or SP1 release don't bother as due to the way Microsoft are now running the show the system is now designed to get od updates on the fly so new features get released and pushed directly to your system. Personally as a tech head I love it and think anyone who wants to upgrade I highly recommend it. Lee
  7. New break discs arrived today along with new pads. Not changed the discs or pads for over 3 years as but as the zed has been sitting for over 2 years I thought I best replace them.
  8. yeh, looks to me like a lhd loom. But worked out it can be split into two looms so going to join them together.
  9. This tiny part of rubber was nearly $17 but it keeps the water away from the battery.
  10. Also fitted the wee clips for the tailgate to allow the rubber sides of the tailgate to be fitted again.
  11. Couldn't test fit the top pipe as the larger radiator makes the pipe too long so looks like a bit of trimming needed.
  12. Nipped over to the garage an hour ago as I has a panic when I seen the water pipes were two separate sizes at each side of the pipes and as I have an after market radiator my first thoughts were I bought the wrong pipes but luckily it fits.
  13. Seems to attach to this cable which is a single core so likely another earth.
  14. So got my new battery loom today but the old one has an extra lead coming off it. It seems to goto a connection behind the clutch vacuum piping, my zed is a tt manual but was an auto so is this extra cable for an auto box ? Also the new loom has both positive and negative combined in one but the old is actually two separate cables.
  15. I've pm'd Mike see if he can get one. But my experience with concept so far is that there is lack of communication. As I would rather not have ordered the set if one wasn't available.
  16. problem with Admiral that I found is they wont do a agreed valuation. I'm currently with Admiral on Multicar but will be moving soon as the zed passes its MOT.
  17. can you believe it, cpz emailed to say the other wiper arm is unavailable now yet they still charged and sent the left side. I obviously ordered both to match and really doubt I would have bought just one when I could just respray them to match.
  18. yeh, I've got a chromed one and It never lasted and started to flake then rust.
  19. A collection of various bolts, cables and clips
  20. New wiper blades, only two shown as one never arrived and is on back order.
  21. new water pipes and pcv kit
