  1. Any more ? Going to order tonight.
  2. Replacing my horn on my zed - any recomendations !
  3. Cost - $210 (£149.45) Postage - £10 Import charges vary and its a hit or miss if it gets caught by customs, my last order over £1000 slipped past customs. If you add £10 for postage too. Soon as it hits UK soil and i know custom cgarges i'll let you know but i doubt it will be much.
  4. If you get me a link we can work out rough cost
  5. Seem to have lost my clutch pedal in the move from my work yard to my new garage. Anyone got a breaker that has a spare pedal i can have ?
  6. Making a big Conceptz order today. Anyone need anything added ?
  7. I know, Will be doing a large concept order shortly and those are on the list.
  8. After that I popped the radiator in for good measure, but it will be coming back out when I fit the engine to ensure I don't damage it. Also fitted one of my horns, I have two of these that run it different frequancies to give a two tone horn. Bit different from the standard zed horn. Stopped here for the night as the rest of the front end parts are up the loft so will look them out tomorrow night.
  9. Front end of the zed coming along nicely now so I fitted the new air filter and maf.
  10. Next task was to fit the headlights but they were a bit grubby looking so I removed the rubbers and gave them a really good clean and cleaned all the white plastic as best I could. I think I will order up a new set of rubbers as these have turned a charcoal grey colour.
  11. Intercooler and piping was completed yesterday so I moved onto the oil cooler and hoses today. Used the same two Mocal radiators from my last build as I've completely removed the AC on this build too. Forgot to fit the oil hard lines prior to fitting the bovs and piping to the left so a bit of bodgery to get it fitted. As I managed to damage the steering pot hard line again I've used a small radiator to cool that line just in front of the larger cooler for the engine.
  12. Thanks, Its custom design & built especially for my zed, although it seems to have filled up with loads of other stuff too. My garage build thread is here : https://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?184484-Plans-for-the-new-zed-cave-have-started
  13. Not really a build update this one but last week I managed to get the internet cable routed up and now I have a spare pc and a large monitor setup so that I can lookup anything zed related and catch-up on the forum without having to come back in the house.
  14. New intercoolers were fitted a long time ago but I originally had issues fitting the rubber piping. This time I took the intercoolers back off and used some brute force and lube to get the pipes fitted. After getting the pipework on I lifted the intercooler into place and tightened everything up.
  15. Been a few months nearly since my last update but its not been the greatest of weather and my garage is usually in the minus temperature range. Anyways todays task was to get the intercooler piping all hooked up and secured aswell as the original bovs.
  16. Your account looks fine, Do you have more than 1500 PM's in your inbox ?
  17. Its not really a spring but bent piece of metal that pushed outwards against the petrol flap. Open the flap and bend it slighty back so that when closed it applies more force on the flap. Pictured here in the middle :
  18. The piece of metal that acts as a spring to open it bends. Take it off bend it back so that it's applying more force on the flap when closed. Done that to mine and it's now like an ejector seat flap.
  19. Aparently not in stock.
  20. Got that already Jeff, thanks. But what colour is that ? dark grey or black ? I would like the black thicker carpet i used to have along with the thicker boot carpet. My last one succumbed to dampness and had to throw it out because of the smell. The carpet in my 96TT is of much poorer quaility and is a grey colour.
  21. Simon how did you figure out the part number for the carpets, and is this one black ?
  22. Have you not seen my banner at the top of the site? I do various web hosting packages that can host any content you want. But doing myself out of a new customer you are better upgrading your subscription here and hosting it with us. Unless of course you want to host it for other uses.
  23. Hi all, Seen as photobucket doesnt let you host and display your own content elswhere without paying i've done some cleanups on a few signatures. Simply put if you had photobucket hosted signature that is clearly broken we will remove it for you. Not that i'm against photobucket and there crappy new policy but we dont need them having 50+ banners splattered accross our club. So if you have a broken signature that needs fixing and dont know how to fix it give me a PM. Or even better Subscribe and let us host your pictures. Cheers Lee
  24. Working too hard, need to let him come up for a breather.
  25. Looks like jimmer has turned a dark blue colour. :innocent:
