  13. are you sure its not prince harry? wasn't there a big thing in the papers about him getting picked up by a Chinook heli?
  14. I'm actually looking forward to the performance gain of not lugging half a ton of water around with me on the back end. Though could of helped with traction in a drag race lol
  15. ill stick with the older foamy type tbh mate, i love the look over the 99 spec one. as much as the 99 spec looks upto date, i think the foam shaped one suits the back end a lot better.
  16. lol just read that again. obviously wasn't paying any attention what so ever yesterday. my replay was for the break light and indicator cluster.
  17. nope ive noticed it too, its the older foam looking one but with the bit where the perspex strip goes is either painted black. or its removed entirely and is replaced with the perspex strip. I personally think its the first out of the two. its still there just painted black.
  18. Well, got fed up with the water in my exhaust today, and took drastic measures. headed off down halfrauds and got my self some liquid metal. Got back to the car and jacked up the back end. whooped my drill out and set about drilling a 2mm hole in the back of the back boxes (standard exhaust) as the bolts on my exhaust are that old they are practically welded together with the rest of the join. So first back box. went through it, soon as i pierced it. water started pouring out. so grabbed a empty fanta 1.5l bottle and placed it to collect the water that was now emptying its self from the box. One side down, onto the next, again 2mm drill bit. and through it went. Well all i can say is. what the hell lol, over half a liter of water between the two exhausts. Dried the holes as best i could for now till i figure out how much exhaust im going to be replacing. then used liquid metal to plug the drill holes. Its still smoking mildly but no where near as bad as it was. so it looks like turbo job time anyway. but at least my car doesnt sound like a bong from the back end. and with holes plugged its not blowing.
  19. and whats the problem with having the car on 4 axle stands? i did my engine out with 4 axle stands. as long as you put them in the correct places and they have a rating for the weight they are taking go ahead.
  20. quality lol
  21. Its not a club, its a family..... Welcome to the family.....(must be said in a mafia voice for better effect)
  22. another tip, if you have tried everything and still cant figure out why its leaking. at the leading edge of the targa on the metal work, is a thin metal strip right by the rubbers edge, on both sides, check to see if this hasn't started to lift. my silver zed leaked like a $&*"$ because the little tiny metal strip lifted and was letting water into the targa its self. and dripped down inside onto the plastic, where it ended up on the seat, and eventually the floor. were it ate through the floor. For those who have had excessive water leakage onto the drivers and or passenger seat. id suggest taking out the seat, and lifting the carpet and checking the status of your flooring under the seat for excessive rust.
