going great, got the smallest bit of water pipe stopping me starting my car, and no one around here does the pipe Inner diameter i need. looks like someone had a play around and tightened the clip up that much it cut into the rubber causing the leak. once that's sorted out, i can see if my car is still loosing water from the rad, if it is then the only thing i can think of where the water is going is into the cylinders causing me all that white smoke. but i hope not. When are you getting them cheap wheels on your car, i want piccys :clap::clap::thumbup1:

They look great baz, well done matey. sorry i didn't pop up tonight, had a nightmare getting 2 socket heads out of a turbo that was still attached to my car while working on my water leak. got them out eventually, or it would of had to of been engine out to get the little buggers. completely forgot to put something in the intake of the tub, as never dropped anything when doing the engine change and i bunged everything up that time. (typical) ill PM you tomorrow bud.

I have a spare one of these already off the engine in good con, pins are good, came off my N/A and worked fine before the engine blew. I also have a spare Idle adjust unit too.

Next time it does it, see if it stalls, could indicate a problem with the anti stall auto boxes have. (i presume the 300zx has some kind of anti stall system)

I wished, only after market thing on mine is the wheels at the moment, im stocker than a stock thing on a very stocky day, im that stock i still have the AIV's hooked up to the exhaust lol I want to get some adjustable coilovers / adjustable camber / new droplinks / lock out bar / uprated brakes / boost controller / ecu chip / 450 or 555 injectors / uprated fuel pump / high flow fuel filter / race spec rad / bigger intercoolers / upgraded tubs / HG done / pistons and crank, With up rated pistons and crank would it be worth doing the cams? I have a auto box at the moment, but would be looking at getting the manual conversion done as well, so most things to do with lightened flywheel and uprated clutch. not sure if anyone does a race spec clutch master cylinder or what the benefit would be if i used one, as more research is required first. im not too fused about exceleration. but a nice smooth transition up the gears. with good stopping power and excellent braking, with good handling. but that lots a while off yet, first is getting my life sorted out and the car on the road lol anyway, back ontopic. I cant see why a N/A gear box would be unable to cope with a TT engine, as long as its maintained correctly.

i can feel a lock out bar and my socket set getting plenty of use come summer, think im going to have a bush upgrade time as well me thinks, as well as some hammerite parties...:shuriken:

oooh i like that, is it just 4 bolts holding the rear sub frame to the chassis? That would be so easy to work on if you just drop it off the car first, could change everything in one go then and have loads of room, the more i find out about how easy it is to remove parts from this car, the move i love it :thumbup1:

i like the ideas Si, looks like its going in the right direction tbh. @ wing-mirror indicators, only if you remove the wing indicators and smooth the hole over and respray, other wise you have 6 turn signals at the front lol Id go for a more subtle side skirt as well, the 99spec one seem more like a veilslide, but with out the strange shapes for the hell of it. The wheels look nice, and don't have a big dish that seems to be all the rage on 300zx's. so you have my approval there matey. Any exhaust changes in mind or are you sticking with whats on it. And last, thanks for not going bayside blue lol ;)
