I'd say let it dry (a few days) and then you should be able to cut it back..... lol.. but that's only what I think...

he's in the process of doing a hybrid T3 single turbo mod... with uprated intercooler and exhaust... should be nice and quick...

I've heard horror stories about it's manual gear box (made of chocolate)... no doubt its a nice looking motor and they do go but my mate said that when he owned one the guys on the forum were stand-offish and like it was said above not much in the way of mods. I've raced a couple and I came out on top... :) another mate of mine almost bought one but decided against it after doing some research... he went for a 2.5 tt Soarer instead.

LOL... yeah, I've already discussed it with him but they're just a bit too big for him to do... not to mention the cost of an item that large kind of not making it worth while either (besides I already do them out of perspex sheets). I'm not particularly worried about it, there is nothing in it for me, it was in answer to dannyfiveforty interest in them. but thanks for trying to help.. :)

or there are a couple of ways to check the ecu codes yourself... you should be able to find them in the FAQ's

some stuff to look at... http://www.z-car.net/IdleTech.html http://www.z-car.net/IdleTech2.html and also do what Vody said to check the plugs / coil packs... if you take them out you can see if they are worn.. there also might be someone near you with conzult....

what makes you think its the plugs? there are so many things that could cause problems... what symptoms are you getting...

OK need some help here.... can anyone confirm one way or the other if the rear fog light lenses are interchangeable irrespective of the embossed writing being up side down.. just want to know it they fit. Can someone please measure the size of the lens for me (and post it here). It would be great if someone could also donate a set to help keep costs down... there might be a discount in it for you... alternatively supply a set very cheap (in the spirit of helping other members). The better the condition of the lenses the better the copied units will be. I have posted in the group buy section and would appreciate it if all interested parties could confirm. thanks.. :)
