  1. check out the tech faq section for more info.... there are quite a few little differences between uk and jdm versions..... e.g. from different type low beam bulbs to no rear fog lights.

  3. I would be very surprised if you could get targa class from anyone but Nissan. Has anyone got any from anyone other than Nissan?
  4. if it was me and with winter on its way... and the possibility of a white one.... I'd be looking at a 4x4 ... :) (that is unless you're already got one)
  5. over all it's not a cheap option.... but if it's the only one for a phone you're stuck. I was hoping it would work with the USB lead.. lol...

  7. Hey Mark, you still standing by this.. :)
  8. LOL.. you bad boy!!! :D not sure if 8 inches is enough for a prop shaft (even with two pieces) :)
  9. anyone seen or used or know anything about this? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.grigon&hl=en
  10. LOL.. not sure how that translates in South Africa.. :)
  11. I've also got a steel one-piece and I do mostly motorway miles, mine has been fine... no bad vibrations.. :) my one was from ZedWorld, who have them custom made and balanced, I know others are available from the USA ( in aluminium as well) but I can't comment on any of those. The "prop shaft re-builder" you spoke to, does he do the single piece shaft or does he just rebuild the two piece? This isn't a DIY job and getting one made without being properly balanced would be as bad an idea as getting new tires without balancing. I think it's important to find out exactly who is complaining about a vibration issue and where they got their shafts. So, just to clarify, there is no way I'm going to advise you to go for a single piece shaft without knowing were you're getting it from and consequently how reliable they are.
  12. if it's only one of the four screws that hold the cover on I can't see how that is a problem. so you could send it off to be socketed and chipped. if you get another one you will need to make sure it matches yours (i.e. auto if yours is and 8 or 16 bit, i think it's only the 96 ones that are 16) what mods will you be having on your car? unless you have larger injectors mostly the change in the chip will be to stop safety boost. so unless you want the car mapped, an off the shelf one should be fine with small mods (i.e. exhaust, turbos, induction) and you're sure the chip is soldered direct to the board? ---------- Ha, beat me too it... :) ----------
  13. I use these... is there much missing from them? there are other options further down the page as well.. http://z32.wikispaces.com/Factory+Service+Manual
  14. thanks... I don't think he's actually reading my replies... :)
  15. looks like the ignition and door barrels have worn slightly differently. I'd say take it back to the key cutter and get them to check it against the original and maybe soften it some more (round it off).
  16. I agree... point 1 is a regular leak point but I've never heard of a crack in the pipe (not that it can't happen)
