Need insurance!
It’s obviously not a stock car as far as body goes… But 3800 is a rip off !!! have you tried insuring though a parent with you as a driver? You could do classic then… particularly since it’s only unused for 3000 miles pa

Need insurance!
I thought Lynbrook and Footman did mainly classic …. Who did you try? Post up your exact requirements and someone may have similar and can say what they pay to who.

What Horn you using? and a thought of venture....
not really, the markers are only approximate and after market ones are worse.... if you miss a cog or two the car will run rough and the CAS will most likely be be at full adjustment just to get it to run. it is "really" worth doing the job right!!! link to the Service manual... page 12 onwards (page 16 has the cog count) http://stadzport.com/FSM/EM_Engine_Mechanical.pdf

Simple answer... no... there are plenty of tech posts about timing and the Service manual is a must... if you're not using OEM belt you need to count cogs (well you really need to do that anyway) if you put it back together with the timing (a tiny bit) wrong the just wont run right.

Ball joints
Ooooo, very tasty... :) I'm sure the ones from Conceptua are like pence compared to that...
-
Ball joints
how expensive were they?
-
Chassis cleaner
looks like it would do an OK job to me.... definitely better than nothing...
-
Ball joints
yes exactly... Conceptua have had some manufactured (or re-manufactured) I don't think they're Nissan but like I said give him a call and he can explain.
-
Ball joints
front and rear are different, Nissan don't do them for the rear without the whole assembly. Conceptua Tuning supply them (01803-850050).. ask for Chris and he will explain.

Best way to wire a water temp gauge in ECU or not?
that is a good idea as long as the thread size is correct.... other wise its a re-tap and that may not be possible if the same diameter. (but certainly worth a check)

Super bright lights?
I assume you're only using this as an example for they company that sells them, the 581 are not suitable for the Z32. I thought that its 382 for indicator and 380 for tail/break.

HID kit
I had issues with mine as well and they where the £100 set.... I fixed it by adding a new relay harness so the HID are now getting power direct from battery and only the relay is turned on by the old electrical system. As far as I'm aware HID are a bit finicky when it comes to a constant current/voltage, so its advised not to flash them as it shortens their lives, well same if the current is a bit not stable. the harness is also available on ebay for around the £10 mark. you do have to understand what you are doing but it is easy.

FRONT BUMPER constantly being hit......
a couple of issues with the cones... 1 - were are you going to get them and if you "acquire" them then aren't you taking the risk that it will happen to your's? and then you'll be complaining about the cones being nicked :) 2 - if the nanny is from Europe, then they (Europeans) have little consideration for vehicles as anyone who has been to Europe can attest to, just how much protection will some traffic cones offer against a Range Rover???? :) the tatty ebay camera can be mounted anywhere, doesn't have to be inside the car (i.e behind the grill). i would say that to ensure that you get reimbursed for the damage (at the very least) some sort of camera (whatever the setup) would be a better method.. or a F'n big bull bar ...LOL... best of luck...

FRONT BUMPER constantly being hit......
you can buy very small motion sensitive standalone video cameras now... around the £30. get one and put in your car... once you have proof and confront them it will stop....

Piece of f#%€$n sh$t!!
Ooo.. now that is a big job.... to start with I'd go back over all the connectors that you undid and make sure they are seated right. check the fuses in case you have accidentally blown any (or did you disconnect the battery?)
