if its two pieces it should fit!!! bit of persuasion required but it should go from the passenger footwell (seat reclined all the way) into the boot. I got my mongoose system to fit in mine. May be a problem if you've got a manual though, not sure if gear changes will be possible!! :D

I tie knots in the handles, got the idea from the sainsburys home delivery people, they tie up all the bags. Of course this means you cant get as much in each bag, use 25% more bags and I am personally responsible for destroying the environment.... now I have guilt... :(

no probs, power is fun, and hold will actually increase your fuel economy quite a bit, I use it around town...

Power holds it in gear longer before changing up (comes on automatically if you boot it) hold will stop it from changing down if you give it some beans (handy for slippy roads to stop arse out roundabout antics)

I went with new black trims, I had a horrible feeling that it wouldnt take too long for a fresh coat of paint to start peeling again... I may be wrong though... (probably am!! :D )

Well its been an interesting 7 months with my zed, with highs and lows of all kinds!! over 10 grand spent on the project so far (including buying the thing) which is small money compared to some of the cars on here but big money for me!!! :headvswal With all my tinkering and messing the poor old girl still isnt right and needs some proper TLC, so I've booked her in with baggins for one last shot at getting it right!! Going for some decent servicing, unorthodox pulley, new PCVs, compression test, good checking over and if its all in one piece a boost upgrade, remapped ecu and boost, water temp and oil pressure guages fitted.... gonna set me back nigh on another grand but what the hell!! its a last ditch effort to finally get her back on her feet and running sweet again... fingers crossed, it will all go well and no other major problems will arise!! Wish me luck!! :D

I think its kinda blown out of proportion (by the tabloids), if you gave a burglar a bit of a kicking and sat on him till the old bill arrived I really dont think any eyebrows would be raised, however it you cane the sh1te out of him with a plank until he is bleeding from the ears and in a coma (or gut them with a kitchen knife) they may not see that as "reasonable" force.... :D

Those old early-mid 90's hatches were pretty nippy as I remember had a GTE 16v and a renault 19 16v, would love to drive a nice one again today and see if its just fond memories or they were really that quick!! , seemed like sh1t off a shovel at the time.....
