Recon turbos bummer! If I was having my engine rebuilt I would make sure I had enough money to buy NEW turbos and enough money to pay the guy who fitted them!! God moves in mysterious ways… Praise the lord !

I love my auto box our skyline is also an auto especially good in turbo charged cars as you don’t lose boost when changing gear like you do with manuals. Anyway changing gears by hand is old fashion lol

1. engine and gearbox will come out together. 2. not sure i take it of only two bolts. 3. just drop of the whole system (three bolt flanges at the front) 4. i'll give you a £1000 if you can undo the engine mounts from above. lol Take the bonnet of make sure everything is disconnected drain all fluids, air-con pump can stay in the engine bay no need to disconnect lines. if your lifting the engine by the plem make sure the brackets (plem to heads) are there and bolted.

i agree... offer him a smaller deposit and if he dont take it then theres something not right but, if he has discribed it 'as is' on ebay then he should have no problem. no brainer IMO

here mate give this guy a bell on 01245 362625 (BGV Engineering) Very old school and not alot he doesnt know about fine tuning with a bridge port :) i use him alot for all my machining.

best thing way to check an auto z32 take it for a test drive find a long straight road floor it and count the 4 gear changes! you should feel a smooth constant power.

ok no problem mate. What i ment was mig welding tips are cheaper than a electronic boost controller. I should explain myself better...
