Turbo Elbow Removal...
Hi I have purchased a cat-back delete kit including the new elbows. In the process of removing the existing cats section I have sheared two bolts from the left three point hook up to the stock elbow. This even after much soaking/heat etc. So my question is - based on my experience to date and the above - I am pretty sure the turbo elbow fittings (two studs and two nuts) will be [hell of] a LOT harder!!! :hurl: I need to know that if I shear a stud/bolt on the actual elbows - will I be able to recover/drill out without removing the engine etc etc. Your guidance as ever is appreciated. ;) AndyGP

90-94 Nissan 300ZX TT 660cc Direct fit fuel Injectors on ebay...
Thanks guys, then the SARD 660cc's look pretty good for £440.00 do you think? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-SARD-660cc-Injector-x6-RB26dett-RB20det-R32-R33-R34_W0QQitemZ360060927344QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item360060927344&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1683|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318 Is it tooooooooo ambitious to go to 660's on standard internals & turbo's? I have done the exhaust and input, plus chip - but will need a new re-mapped chip for this set up obviously!

O2 Sensor Simulators - anyone tried them?
Hi Jeff, I got a note from Zsolt Toldy in Tech Support at Magnum Autotuning Engineering - who are selling these on ebay as above and they have responded as follows: "The fitment doesn’t depend on OBD category I don’t know how you mean the description refers to this factor. Our evaluation does work on all engines fitted with zirconia oxygen sensor from 1983 through 2009. It cures every catalyst efficiency error code resulted by decatting or exhaust modification and replace the factory oxygen sensor." Is the only way to verify this for me to/someone to try them? Or can anyone offer alternative advice based on experience? Any help appreciated. Andy.GP

O2 Sensor Simulators - anyone tried them?
It says... MAGNUM O2 Sensor Simulator is an indispensable tuning device on engines where catalytic converter was removed or exhaust was modified (headers). Decatting indicates polluted exhaust gas to the ECU, therefore check engine light will pop up, resulting ECU limp mode and reduced performance at the wheels. O2 Sensor Simulator is a plug-in replacement wired up to post oxygen sensor harness. It supplies the ECU with perfect voltage signal and tricks the ECU thinking the emission is normal. With MAGNUM O2 Sensor Simulator you will get rid of suffering O2 sensor's catalyst efficiency error code, accordingly you can restore the lost power resulted by ECU safe mode due to CEL, besides our O2 Sensor Simulator is fully adjustable, allowing the operator to adjust the most powerful, advanced Air Fuel Ratio is yet accepted by the ECU. You can completely disconnect or remove the stock oxygen / o2 sensor and replace it for O2 Sensor Simulator. These are on ebay currently at about £40 squids + P&P http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/O2-OXYGEN-SENSOR-SIMULATOR-ELIMINATOR-PERFORMANCE-CHIP_W0QQitemZ120379968945QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item120379968945&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1683|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318 Let me know your thoughts? Digital Dash
Hi, I am toying with replacing the dash/speedo/tacho/water temp/fuel gauge cluster with digital versions - probably from egauges.com - like these: http://www.egauges.com/vdo_ind.asp?Type=Cyberdyne_Kit&Series=Cyber_Blue&PN=E002E350Y or from vgauges which are similar. [daft] Question: Just want to be sure... Will I have issues with the ECU not getting data because the original instuments are basically not there anymore. I have an automatic - and I have SAW installed (FANTASTIC BTW). Or does the current dash data come FROM the ECU? Thanks in advance. Andy

door locks...
Hmmmm I am having the same issue at the moment - unlocks fine - and tries to lock when I use the alarm or the drivers door handle [to lock] - but dies not quite pull the passenger door handle across enough to securely lock! I am thinking lazy solenoid or that something needs lubricating! Does your handle move at all Honey? (as they say)! ;) Andy GP

Applying a rear apron
Sikaflex on it's own would probably be fine - but I would rivet as well, - plus I assume there is some smoothing-in/filling to do as well right? Does it have any fixing point so that it can be screwed from the rear (so to speak - ooh er missus!) What about the supplier - can they advise you? Cheers Andy
