  1. Im sure guys might have the bumpers here on the forum however i have heard the opposite on fitment and that it is not very good. That was from UK guys on Facebook so cant really ever tell what is echoed and what is first hand knowledge.
  2. https://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/search.php?do=getdaily&days=7 You no denying it does look nice however for all the hype that goes with these i would expect it to be PU not fibreglass unless it is duraflex which is slightly better. I was considering it but that has put me off it. Wait for the next US manufacturer to come along.
  3. What are these made of as website doesnt say?
  4. Any idea on a Nissan part number for them?
  5. All good things take time and i had alot of custom work to do in the end. 3 shows done now this year though.
  6. Disgusting where is that blue zed that was in that garage :whistling: However i do have a little track car tucked away
  7. In place early at the town hall car park if anyone is around.
  8. I thought i would start a thread to display the progress on my zed. Been a fair few years in the making with extensive list of work ive carried out and i thought it may be of use to others for ideas. 9. Also to add i have side lights in my headlights on halo rings and front indicators are in the sidelight housings.
  10. My side repeaters are in my wing mirrors now and wings are smoothed.
  11. Firstly I’m not sure how to put a prefix on a wanted ad does it show up on mobile? I am looking for the right bank inlet rocker cover (the one with the oil cap on). Marty
  12. I’ve got Powertrix arms all round. Can order the optional dust boots for the joints to prevent the deterioration which is what I found with others that have been mentioned. I regard Powertrix as second best behind SPL.
  13. Forget about my parts I’d you are still breaking I have sourced them elsewhere.
  14. I thought the forum looked quiet. I wasn’t even looking at that what did you do thread.
  15. I looked at the list and Editorial (covers front page of the website, news letter) - Assume a level of IT knowledge is required Designer (for making calendars, good at photoshop etc..) - Not good with photoshop Events (taking care of the club calendar) - Spend alot of my time traveling overseas so i would not be suitable
  16. Before others notice point one do we no longer have female zed owners or are they not eligible to apply? Secondly having been a part of the forum for a while and wanting to return to my previous active participation I would like to be considered as a moderator. I do not believe I could add value in the other areas and of course would subscribe as a premium member. I obviously have reservations due to previous activity on here hence I am hesitant.
  17. https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/ilkeston-heritage-classic-vehicle-show-2018-tickets-39869442576 Another car show coming up this weekend. Ive had my invite already so i will be there with my zed on show.
  18. I used to be a subscribed user a while ago however after having some issues on the forum this lapsed. Benefits of being a subscribed member was partly the ability to sell parts on here however times have moved on and i do not see forums as the place to sell parts anymore. I sell the majority of my parts on ebay and facebook now and have no problem in shifting parts. Have i read that correctly that there will be a £1 fee for members that have been here over 6 months?
  19. That’s what I’ve got on my zed V3 plus all the pipework.
  20. Excellent decision and my career is coming to an end soon when i will venture out with my own business. If you are qualified in the profession and have the passion to work the long hours to make it succeed then go for it. Not really sure what you are looking to do but i think if you can relate experience from other fields for your new venture then that will build reputation quickly. If you are looking for extra tools to help then try and have a look at some of Anthony Robbins material and that may well help.
  21. Ok I’m after the interior light lense, drivers side internal windscreen trim, drivers door card mounts on the rear of the door card.
  22. Are you still breaking this as im interested in a couple of bits?
  23. When ive looked at importers before the highly recommended ones have agents in Japan to inspect the cars before any bids are done and also take videos of the cars before they are shipped etc. This does come with a price tag of 500 pound and for some would be the peace of mind that they would want. Ive found Japanese auction sheets to be very good before when ive imported but would never consider anything under a grade 4. There a few few auction sites like Tradecarview which seem like some bargains are on there however it is always a risk on what you get. My latest vehicle i was looking to import i ended up buying one in the UK as i trust my mechanical inspection more plus the once great savings that could be had importing do not seem to be there anymore.
  24. Shame I couldn’t be there for the full day but did manage to chat to a few members while I was there it looked like a good day and good setting. For those that don’t know me mine was the black shorty late arrival on the end.
