  1. What variants of Zed are these?
  2. I run without one and have done for a while. I’ve found a material that I’m happy with to make a replacement which will all be one piece so I’ll crack on with that when I get the time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Ah doesn’t show on Tapatalk and I don’t think the adverts show either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Did I miss something about selling on the forum has this been discontinued as I only see archived listings? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Knocked up a shelf today to replace the stock one so that I have somewhere to mount my bottles. I wanted the ability to turn them on from the drivers seat so this is ideal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. It wasn’t too hard really and I’m happy with the finish overall. The Floc-king lot for different kits and I just used the basic DIY kit. I think to do more I’d get the professional kit to make it easier to do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Regarding the brakes I’ve got testing to do on this so I will confirm all once complete. With the AEM FPR I am on standard pressure however due to being on Nismo 740cc I am on an AEM fuel pump and a direct feed with this to feed constant fuel. The pump has its own built in relief valve and with this set up and the aftermarket FPR I can ensure that fuel pressure and delivery remains constant and will not lapse on high demand situations. This therefore cuts out the fuel pump controller. Also the stock set up will only take you so far in terms of BHP. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. My tucked engine bay is nearing completion. Going to move my fuel valve up and in for a tidier display. Need to find a fan shroud which I’ll shave and modify. I’ve seen plenty of tucked bays on the NA but not many at all on TT. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Offering up the new master cylinder for a booster delete. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Had some kit lying around so just installing it while the dash is out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Hmmm you’re right RB lump would look better. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. More deletes going on in the engine bay and more parts on order from the US. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I have had it before as I’ve been idling rich which will get you a fail. I crank my idle up a bit and passes no problem [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Is your Japspeed exhaust just backboxes? They do or did decat pipes as well and probably your cheapest/most accessible option. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. An update in pictures on my Zed build. Dash is out for the new one to go in, engine bay slimmed down and even more tucking done along with clutch vacuum tank delete. A few extra bits going in with some very custom work going on in the near future. The bare engine bay is what I’m going after and I’m sure we have seen plenty done on NA zeds that’s the easy part a bit more difficult on a TT. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. More engine bay tinkering for me tucking and deleting along the way. Second wife and is in now it was a bit tight to remove the O2 sensor needed a bit of heat but all the cabling will be routed through the old aircon grommets. Obviously some Nos going in a kit I had off of Gibster years ago and had on the shelf and as I’ve got the dash coming out it gives me the ideal time to work all the wiring behind the dash. Many other things to go in behind the dash while it’s out. The area around the brake booster has all been tidied and cleared with things moving to leave it bare. Installed a earthing kit as well as I needed a new earth to the gearbox after moving my battery to the boot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Interested to see how you get on and what products you are using [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I’ve had a few parts off there obviously showing delays at current however if they are showing it as available and the part number is good then it should be good. I have to get my shorty bits all overseas do this turns up trumps. I had one of the door seals come from UAE for £64 when Japan was showing it as £116 I think it was. More people should be using it to be fair as the prices frequently beat UK prices and even some of the used parts I see on eBay are more expensive used than new [emoji1] I normally pull the part number from CZP as they are good for that then do a search on Amayama. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Roughly same price in stock Japan. https://www.amayama.com/en/part/nissan/2401153p60 I check Amayama for all my parts and get the majority of OEM bits off of there as the cost works out better and also no SWB parts in the UK. You also find parts in stock in UAE which are around 30% cheaper than Japan. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Don’t you mean the other way around Andrew? I’m seeing UK RHD harness part no. 24011-40P70 available new from Japan around £600 delivered then add tax if you get stung. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. You need a new engine harness and you will need to order it from the US unless someone can come up with the OEM part number then I can check stock in Japan. If you don’t go with a new harness you will end up chasing faults for years the cars are coming to that age that I would say it is necessary to get a new one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. What make are those exhausts? I have been looking at the JR6 as they do a ET0 on 10.5” however I’ve seen Cosmis do a 11” wide now on an ET8 for the XT-006R so that’s a better fit for me on wide arches. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. A quick power steering pot relocation this morning and continuing to tidy up my wiring looms. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. A busy few weeks going on my Zed. I’m getting work done now that would have taken me years [emoji1] today I went to the lengths of slimming down the relay/fuse box as I’ll look to switch it into a smaller box. The redundant rad fan relays and AC have gone along with the Fog which will go slimming me down to 6 relays and 6 fuses. Dashboard will be coming out as I install my new flocked dash with the trio of AEM gauges in the centre and a little Nos kit I’ve had tucked away. Much to do and lots of time to do it. I will end of with an even barer engine bay as I look to tuck more away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. So with the good weather I got another job cracked in the Zed or should o say parts to be fitted. Picked up an excellent dash some time ago and planned to install the 3 gauge mount in the centre for AEM widebands and coolant gauges and then something a little different by flocking the dash. Here are the mid results on the flocking progress. The gauge pod has been mounted and sealed in to make it more of a seamless fit. I’ll follow this up by doing the dash cowl and A pillar trims. Colour is Anthracite and the DIY kit was produced by Floc-King. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
