I reckon that the only injector you have a hope in hell of removing without the plenum is number one. Otherwise it's a full plenum off job like Eric says.

If the underdrive pulley doesn't have the same marks then you have a problem. I hear that some of them don't. You would need to get it aligned and marked up.

Nobody recommends 10w60, it's far too heavy for a Z (IMHO). I think Nissan recommend 10w30, once again, it's in the manual.
