Yeah, I was seriously considering it ! After all the good work putting the engine back together, the pillock left the locking key on the nut when taking it for a test drive ... Yesterday morning, I realised what had happened and I was off cycling round my private test track route in the hope of finding it - at 06:30 am !!!!

I aim to hit a ton everyday I drive it (admittedly that's not been much recently) but not all the time. If you knew the roads around my way then that is quite an achievement. On the way to Le Mans last year it got the thrashing of it's life and came back for more. I reckon rear tyres to last 5-6,000 miles and fronts hopefully double that, although I can see that changing with the new Brembos ! It's a sports car, it needs to be used. Having said that I harass weedy sports cars (like MX-5's) in the Xantia diseasal ...
