you can either take all paint off and go for chrome look or IIRC Z Centre sell new strips, pricey though or paint them !

You have to slide the rubber boot towards the nut (slide left in the picture) I did this no probs, just difficult to get your head, hands and tools in there

code 34 is det sensor, check connections

anyone know where I can get these from ? I got 3 from a local motor factor (for over a fiver :shock: ) but the actual glass bulb size was too big to fit back into the light lens. Cheers Paul

Speedo, odo and trip were not workin !

Mine is also an import with convertor, turned out not to be that. Took out speedo and resoldered all solder joints, reassembled and jobs a gud 'un

Mine is a completely standard j spec other than clear side repeaters, sony head unit and boost jets, no exhaust or induction (yet). Wheels are a bit scabby though, in process of refirbing them Sorry, no pics yet Paul

It's just a question of cash flow at the moment, how much does it cost just to buy the cam belt, any idea ? and do you have to take the water pump off to just change the cam belt ? cheers paul.

Is it 'essential' or just 'recommended' to replaced all the other parts (i.e. water pump, seals, belts, etc. etc.) rather than just the cam belt ? Comments please Cheers Paul
