  1. I havent read all the replies if its already been said then my bad, get the hoover out any try to get some 2/4mm nylon pipe attached to the end of the suction hose, I know it will be going from about 1 1/2 inches to 2/4 mm but this will increase suction power. Then feed the pipe slowly down and around in the pipe, if the hose gets good surface contact you may be able to pull it out. I think thats worth a try?
  2. Back at you bud! :D Cheers Guys :winkiss:

  8. I followed boldys guild on removing the splints and I've had the there outlet welded up yo block it. I'll see if I can search the page again when I'm on pc later.
  9. try soaking overnight spraying ome penetraiting oil then although not the best suggestion but I would give it a whack (shock) with a lump hammer put a block of wood on it first
  10. I've removed the hicas and the splints from my Tt pump and got myself a n.a. steering pot but the pipe that attaches the pot to the pump with jubalee clips is too big a diameter for the pot but fine on the pump side. has the pot got different size feeds from Tt to n.a. ? and/or what's the solution :cheers
  11. Im going to attempt this very soon but I have a crane in the garage roof, so I can only go side to side and up and down. Will I get away with it or will it be too much of a ball ache? taking the engine out only using vertical movement wasn't so easy.
  12. You could wire a batttery charger up to the wires on the starter motor and leave a while, that will give your battery enough charge to unlock get in and sort it out.
  13. I too have the same bracket type and works a treat, although this is going back a bit I paid about £280 for some calipers from an evo 8 which included discs which are still on garage floor lol. You have to take an angle grinder to the hub as well but its no big job, also the z brake lines dont quite reach so you'll have to get some lines as well evo ones fit.
  14. Ps4 for me, not been on the ps3 for ages, battlefield 3 was shite on ps3 so got a half decent pc rig and play at 1080p on ultra settings around 65fps only going down to 40 minimum And it never cost me 2K ;)

  18. yes it will damage the heating strips when removed. I used a steam cleaner (wallpaper stripper) when I removed mine
  19. Just some wire mate, just like in a lamp at home the brown, blue or yellow/green. Ovbiously you'll have to get some red wire, just push it into place with a lollystick.
  20. I only ever used to get on kerbs by driving parallel to them, then full left lock and the mounting slowly. In an emergency I wouldnt know till it happened but probally make sure I do what Ive just said.
  21. ? I broke my uk car up a few years ago and my cooler was dry, if you do a search it only comes on at daft speeds for a short ammount of time, doupt the owner would have noticed a leak, other than that ? :surrender:
  22. Diff cooler, not really needed was only on UK cars.
  23. Ive had to book today off as I needed to sort the daily driver out (leon cupra) that was a mistake lol
