  1. Yes, it bolts to the two tabs on the top of the cooler.
  2. Euro/UK engine oil cooler support brace:
  3. I agree, it would be nice if a link could be put in our "Details" column.
  4. Hallo Chris and welcome to the Club. JDM or Euro spec? Post some pictures when you have a moment.
  5. Thanks for the factual information Pete, hopefully our friend from Lithuania has not acted on duff info.
  6. Did you adjust the clutch pedal free play to make sure the clutch was fully disengaged when foot off the pedal? More info: http://specialtyz.com/blog/?page_id=178
  7. No problem Andy, they are so tucked away and largely out of sight that I haven't considered changing them out. This is the photo I have showing the "pan head screw" types I think you are referring to?
  8. Yes, just needs cutting out with a sharp knife. The vent body then pushes through the slot. I did a writeup here: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?182010-Driver-s-side-under-dash-vent The screws I have in the photo are the ones that came with the car. It is difficult to see from the parts fiches what type of heads the fixings have and I can't seem to find a photo (part no: 08363-61625). I have a photo which does show the "radio console screws" being used instead.
  9. How about this upgrade to keep your bits cool Andy?
  10. Out of curiosity was there oil in the diff cooler lines you cut? What condition is the diff oil cooler and motor?
  11. Harry's advanced pro tools - find someone with a trade card. Rather than having large tool kits (most of which never get used), I've stuck with buying small sets of sockets and spanners and then tools "as needed". Other than specialised tools for very specific jobs, it is surprising the small range of tools you need to do jobs on our cars.

  13. Whilst the quantity of owners is undoubtedly going down, the quality of most of the cars that remain are definitely going up.
  14. Thanks Andy. I will give them a go in the new year.
  15. How did their prices compare to US plus duty and tax?
  16. Another sherry, Vicar?
  17. ^^^ The rubber binds to the pipes with age. Also when you do get them off cover the open intercooler pipes with small bags or duct tape while you are working on the PS leak. You don't want to drop anything down them!
  18. Well here are the part numbers: G3800-40P00 Rack base set and the extras: G3866-40P00 Ski rack kit G3826-40P00 Surf board rack kit
  19. What tyres are you running and in what condition/age are they?
  20. Rich, I wish you well for your future.
  21. Just for the record Nismo did get involved with production Z32s with the "Refresh Program" based at the Nismo Omori Factory. Customers could have their engine and chassis overhauled by Nismo engineers. The cars would have a badge fixed to the front of the throttle cover as in the picture below.
