300ZX TT - A18GCK
For reference - you can achieve very respectable results with this product: https://www.frost.co.uk/frost-ali-clean-alloy-aluminium-castings-cleaner/ The product is great at cleaning aluminium castings such as plenums and I've used it on a number of occasions with excellent results. Very little effort is required, just spray on and work in with a stiff nylon bristled brush and leave for a few minutes then rinse with water. The result above was achieved with three applications.

300ZX TT UK wiring diagram
These are the UK FSM wiring diagrams for the auto A/C system (marked LHD - there are no RHD diagrams). HA-110.pdfHA-111.pdfHA-136.pdf The online FSM is the US version but for the purposes of functions and diagnostics should be suitable for your auto electrician to work with. The link to the HA (Heater and A/C) section is below (I've used the '94 version as it is clearer to read than the '90): https://www.300zx-owners.club/files/file/26-hapdf/

Washer Fluid pump - Replacement Pump needed.
These are the details for OEM new. Would be worth checking with jp-carparts.com to see if they still can get them in Japan. You could also try this approach using a new alternative pump:
