yeah, making sure your o2 sensors are good is deffo worth doing, i had 2 knackered ones, and was overfuelling summet rotten, changed em and spot on now...

just disconnect the battery for about an hour matey...

gonna paint em too, yellow car, thinking yellow calipers, if not, black, gold, not red, open to suggestions tho!

Can you overhaul the front calipers without fitting a new seal kit? i.e. re-use the originals?

sorry pal, didn't get chance to post it today, it's ready to go tho, will post it first class in the morning buddy, if royal mail haven't got there thumb up there ass, you should have it sat morning ready to mess with, you know what to do with it bud? i've never had an original airbox, but same jobby, as simple as taking off your centre nose panel, undoing the jubilee clip that goes around the large 'T' shaped tubing, may have to unplug the MAF depending on how long the cable is, and dont loose the clip! then shove the tester in, tighten up the jubilee clip, and stick summet on the valve to pump air in it. not too much as could pop a pipe off, but you'll get the idea, and i think you can sometimes get air coming through the valves, depending what position the engine is sitting in, i think...

i use it mate, only cos i ain't got conzult, works a treat for me! bit weird to use at first but does the job!

i got an expansion tank from a nissan primera at a scrappers and hooked it up near the battery with pipes going to and from, with a one way valve which was already on the pipe with it, works a treat! it's about 4" x 4" cylindrical... the only thing i think is without one you 'might' get a slight pulse through the pedal?

good stuff matey, the boards and a list of components would be ideal for me, keep us all posted pal, top work...

just another thought mate, how about just selling the boards? i can get any leds, resistors etc. for free through my dads company, he's an electronics engineer, i used to work with him :) might come across as cheeky, but as long as you are making money on em!
