to use them yourll need to remap your car and make other changes to your ecu, yourll need to change the standerd tubs /airflow and more to get full benifit from them. so if you want to keep for the future them good luck . Noz / Noel would be a good start to see exactly what yourll need to use them and what sort of money your going to have to spend.

ok read the link to how it operates but if i plug it in were it should go then it works when the cars running to hot. i want it to work when its getting hotter but not near boiling point. i want it when i play hard if you like and when in heavy traffic in the summer as a caution- MeisterR pictures and testimonial for new website!

very nice mate top job- fans ?
Well then if thats the case i wont need to wire up a seperate switch then, ill just plug it in, if i have no aircon because iv removed it and left the wiring along then surley if its the case when you power up the aircone at idle then the power should go on and run my fan ,after all im not going to be using it in the winter months am i so if and when in a hotter climate 20 plus flick my aircone switch then my fan should come on, when in traffic idle. Na ill just wire it up and find a swtich to use like the rear wiper switch. cas ive deleated that but left the wriring there. cool. get it COOL never mind- fans ?
65mm bloody hell man, how do you know that did u go and measure it,? Thanks thats not far away atall, i could use someform of hardy foam stuff to bridge that gap, or use an inch thick pieace of polistine and once in a circle coat it in fiberglass resign.then paint black.easy.wont look out of place and light and strong.any thoughts on how to wire it up?- Another light thread sorry
this might be an idea as well. blackout the bottom of the light from inside the lens and the orange is an indicator the red is the sidelight and the really bright red will be the brake and will be really bright.- rear light question
r they still fitted then be intersted in seeing that pic of the pinky gap thou- Another light thread sorry
Right as some of you know i am planning to have a go at a rear light conversion of my own. this is why all the recent questions. i think ill be using the new lights as they dont have a reflector to get in the way. im going to have this guy ive talked to to build me a set of led boards who lives in the states. the indicators will be chassing and in two bits , one chassing realy quick and when this comes to fill up that area the second smaller bit will come on as a solid blink. that way im legal . the brake light will be big and solid and the side light that stays on all the time will be the main pattern. if you get my idea then please fill free to comment. you will not be able to see any leds as the light will be difused if thats the right word to use.so it will bea tinted light but will be able to see the side light part pos. the pics are an idea and im crap at drawing sorry but you get the idea and the photo of the rear of the car is more like whats the side light is going to look like. just need to make my mind up weather to have the indicators up top or down bottom.- fans ?
Right like i said i do not want to get rid of viscous fan. secondly if i mount it were it was origanly sits infront of the aircon rad then surley it will sit 6 inches away from the rad, if my memorys right. if not and it sits right in front of the rad thats were it will go back. as for wiring dont want it as an emergency fan , i would want to turn it on as soon as i see the temp gadge go up if needed. ie sitting in heavy traffic in the summer months and if playing and driving fast, on a track of course. more of peace of mind knowing you can turn it on at your own leasure. just any ideas for wiring it in without spoiling the dash dont like switches everywere- GTR on ebay

cheers bud- fans ?
Just this weekend i meet Simon GT from cheshire, nice to meet you chap, He was down Norwich doing stuff. i bought a electric fan of him, cheers bud, the fan i bought was the electric fan that sits there infront of the aircon rad, so assuming it blows air and not pulls air was thinking of wiring this up to a switch on its own and also straping it to the cars rad. one to save me buying a maga expensive electric fan that dosnt do the job. dont want to get rid of the fiscous fan, just nice to have the option should i need it if bombing around in our summer months/ sorry days. question one if im extreamly careful i should be able to mount this onto the cars rad with some rubber pads and skinny bolts,, question two the plug has three pins in it does this mean its a two speed fan or is one speed. oh and yes i have tacken the aircon all out. im now onedering when that plug comes live. Cheers- rear light question

has anyone on here had a set of these lights or has anyone on here had a set apart. it looks like to me that they dont have a rear reflector stuck on the back, and it just looks like a flat lens . where our old ones have that reflector sitting there glude in the middle and the lens has a slightly raised moulded lip in it? cheers- Meet Sunday 16th February
