r you telling me that you have the origanal bulbs in your car, cas were im sitting it looks like you have brighter bulbs than standerd in your car

because the standerd lights on a zed r rubbish and need to updated to look more modern and fresh and clean. bet theres not many zeds out there now of whom drive at night with the origanal kit.

i have these fitted really low and you cant miss them from the front, really brite and low like the merc. and i wired them up as side lights. cool.

back in the paint shop. when i had my car painted it was fine but after a monthor two a few tiny micro blisters. we recone the blissters were caused by a solvent attack on two very diff paints that were not left long enough to dry between coats, and that caused a tiny bit of mouister that was traped to work its way to the surface in form of a tiny microblister. any way as promised im painting the bonnet orange to as well as the front valance. pics to follow soon.

when im home the children insist that i pick them up from school in mine, lwb 2 plus 2. what cost the miss is saving her twenty pound a week on fuel and costing me tenfold that, good job im not at home all the time.ive already got orders from my now five year old that in a few years time when im to old to drive , he have my car and drive me about in it. thanks son but im only 44 and his only 5 tomorow. just dont like clutter and things in the way when working on me car. like a bit of space, becides i might be putting the oil cooler there as its a good cooling spot because of my front end. the less stuff thats over enginered that you dont need ,and of course less stuff to produce boost leaks ect. theres a few more deleates ill be doing soon enough. the next one will be my hicas deleat. compleatly gone and to be replaced with a na rear end thats sitting over at Marks place ready to be done. All that other rubbish under the wings will be gone soon enough. she will be declutted soon enough.

my cars going to the paint shop tomorow to get respayed .ill be away for three weeks /work/ and ill be back in early april to fit up. then im taken car to mark darbey to get my NArear fitted and some shell in and may be something else to. going to be busy when home next but will be up fo meet from the 14th on sunday onwarsd i think.

thought so ,cheers ,ill get rid of the other pipework laters next time when i got to remove the throttle body pipework. the other pipe can stay open i guess, theres no blowing or sucking there in that pipe. cheers steams

Here are some pics of my carbon canister that i removed today but need to ask a question. that is? on the removal guide it says to do what ive done in the pics, but it says in the guid im sure to leave the pipes open and not caped of.the pic of the pipe with blue tape on is there to show you what pipe i mean.this pipe when the car is running has a huge amount of suction/ vacume on it. question is should i blank it off or leave it sucking?

Can you tell me please what the round black plastic can size thing with loads of pipes is. Dose and do we need it.if not is there a guide to removal as im taking off the front bumper anyways and thought would be a bit pro active in removing stuff we dont need.cheers.

do you have water in your boot cas if you do then now you now why.good idea though

yes it does to me. 1 if your not going for big big bhp numbers , ie over the 500 mk. then dont need. 2 if you have a standered front bumper then looks wise pointless because you woulnt get the cooling benifet of one stuck behind a standerd bumper ,whitch brings me onto unless u have a kit at the front with a large whole for the air to cool through it again pointless, and again why would you put a large fmic infront of theair con rad, so the cooling air has to go through the fm then the air con rad by witch time i should think theres no point trying to cool whats left to go threw the rad.if u get me.

if i was going to leave my aircon rad in then i wouldnt have considered putting in a fmic but i did get rid of that and upgraded the oil cooler to.and if your not looking to gain over the 500 bhp mark then dont bother unless you have a kit that needs somthing there, cas without it would look silly in my opion

if its perfect and im sure at last look it was, and has no staines or rips and deff no paint or tears, how much is it worth to you.because the only reason its still on was one cas of this thread and two i didnt want to stash it in the shed were three children could damage it so left it on

i know you r , ill get a pic up tomorow, but to get it of without damage in it then i need to destroy the clips but they can be replaced with new.

if i was to remove my under bonnet fire retardant blanket of witch happens to be in really good shape but i dont like . if i had a fire will the insurence pay out if its not there. that said with all the accidents that have happened recently did all these cars have theres on. its not like the insurer nows its there as standered or not a?
