  1. Thanks Rich, email address is justindorville@hotmail.com Cheers, Justin
  2. Mac, That looks amazing! Where is it for sale and how much is it :hyper: Justin
  3. Rich, More pics would be great. Would like to see an alternative to the JL install in the above link and this would be a bit cheaper. Justin
  4. Thanks Rich, Looks like a nice tidy install. Did you build the box yourself or is it a ready made one that goes straight in? Justin
  5. I have been doing some searching and have found a sub box like Andrews in the rides link above. Link:http://shop.store.yahoo.com/sgpracing-store/jlau30stbox.html It comes complete with a JL Audio 10W6 sub which anyone who knows anything about audio will say is one of the best subs available anywhere. They are a little pricey at $475 but might be able to get a few quid off if we were to buy a few. Anyone up for a group buy on these? Cheers, Justin
  6. Cheers for that Clarkey, Looks wicked, do you know if that is a 10 or a 12 inch sub? Justin
  7. Hi, Having eventually got my Zed I am now after sorting out the ICE. I would love to fit get my 12 inch boxed sub in the boot but looking at the depth in there I don't think it will ever go in without it getting in the way of the blind Has anyone got any ideas or examples of the best way to shoe-horn a sub in. I have to bear in mind that I can't just build a smaller box as subs require a certain size box depending on spec etc. Cheers, Justin
  8. Sorry to hear that mate, Sometimes life can be so unfare. :( My condolences, Justin
  9. After having my Zed a week or so I have discovered its thirst for a drop of optimax. It's costing me a bomb. I have seen a few group buys going on and think it would be a great idea to get a few of us together. I reckon if we can get 20 odd then maybe we can get it down to 70p a litre. :hyper: So who is up for it? Justin
  10. Hi Nigel, I would also be interested if any of you guys have any advice as my drivers seat is a tad loose aswell. Cheers, Justin

Steve There we go, http://www.zcentre.co.uk/bodykits/bodykit1_2.htm Its not exactly completely standard but gives you some idea. Justin
  14. Update, I have been told I have had a recent gearbox mount. I guess this could mean that the prop could have been sagging. Might reinforce the argument for it being the prop bearing maybe? Justin
  15. Thanks Jim, If the problem does not cure in the next couple of weeks then I will try replacing the hose. Thanks again, Justin:)
  16. £90 a corner! I thought bearings were a cheap thing to do. I think I better try and get a definete idea of what is wrong with my car before I go taking shots in the dark and replacing everything. Cheers, Justin
  17. Barry, was that £90 each or for both rears wheels?
  18. David, I think I might well start with the rear wheel bearings as my mechanic definetlt thought the rear bearings were knackered. Might be a good thing to do before I start messing about with bearings elsewhere. Just to give me some kind of idea could you please tell me how much the rear bearings were each and if they are easily fitted? Thanks, Justin
  19. I have just taken my car down to my mechanic and he reckons it is the rear wheel bearings as he cannot feel too much in the way of play on the diff although it is very crowded under there so is difficult to really tell for sure. I do still have vibration through my seat though. Would badly worn rear wheel bearings cause vibration here or is the diff bearing the only thing that causes this? Justin
  20. Thanks Willie, You might have hit the nail on the head there. Due to shipping delays in Japan etc my car had been sitting for a long time. Infact it was deregistered in Japan sometime in August and I only picked it up on the weekend. Looks like some Redex and plenty of Optimax should help it on its way. Cheers, Justin
  21. Hi, I am pretty sure that I do reach full boost. The thing I don't understand is that it feels so fast, not like a car with any performance prohibiting problems. I took a mate who has a 350bhp Evo 6 for a spin in it yesterday and he could not believe the power. Justin
  22. Thanks Richard, I checked this morning and the needle did get further left when heated up but still no further than I mentioned. I will see how things go then for the moment and see if the problem goes away when the weather gets warmer. Thanks for your reply, Justin:)
  23. Its a good feeling isn't it mate. Nevermind, at least you had me in on this shit with ya all the way!!! We have em now tho and don't they go like *******s!!! :hyper: :D Justin
  24. Yeah, good point Vijay, I know if compression is bad then idle is supposed to be lumpy. No sign of that in my car. Infact if the compression is bad then I would love to know what my car would go like when it is right! :hyper: I think I will get a compression test when it goes in for a service soon anyway for peace of mind. Thanks, Justin
  25. Yeah, you are right, very sorry. I meant the left! Thought that might be the resone for the different guage. Cheers for the reply, Justin
