To answer all those guys out there who say you have seen my car on here before then you may be right. It has been all over the place it would seem! A guy called Terence from a Autoadvan had it advertised on Ebay. I made a bid for it and was the high bidder at the time when Terence mailed me and said that the car had been sold. I was a bit gutted cos it seemed such a good one. I was browsing the jap auctions a day later through Bonsaicars and bugger me if it wasn't coming up for auction that very night! I made a bid for it through Bonsaicars who have been very good so far and the car is now mine at last! I agree about the rear light though, it does look like it has a problem with it although it was not mentioned in the auction sheet or by the Techy that looked over it from Bonsaicars. Thanks for the explanation:-) I went from an MR2 to a ZX I guess beacuse of the fact I wanted a Rev 3 MR2 turbo but with a t-bar, like the Rev1 I have now but they seem so rare so I thought the Zed would be a nice change and that big blown V6 really appeals. I just hope it is a match the MR2, it has been a brilliant car to me. I must get it sold soon to make way for the Nissan if anyone is interested?

Its a 1990 TT T-bar 2+2 manual in red. Grade 4 condition. 44,000 miles. 18 inch rims and a dirty big single exit exhaust. Looks lovely. I can put up a picture from the auction but am new on this and dont know how.

I currentl own a MR2 tubs and have a 300 TT on the way from Japan. Do you think I will notice much difference in power wither way. I don't know if any of you guys have driven both to have a true idea on what goes quicker and handles better. Justin.

Thanks, Stuart. I am learning all the time. I have an MR2 turbo at the mo but just need to learn a few things about Zx's before mine arrives at Southamton.

I dont understand the different years running different power thing. I have a 1990 TT. Why would that give lower power than say a '94 example as long as the engine was low mileage and well looked after?

Hi, I have just purchased a lovely 1990 Manual ZX from Japan. I would like to know how much power it is quoted at. I always thought it was around 280 but I have been told by someone that manual's had more power than auto's, something in the 300 region. Anyone clear this up for me. I also have a upgraded exaust on mine. What sorta power increase can I expect roughly from it? Many thanks, Justin:-)
