  1. I have no idea about the program Allan - but I have to agree with your last comments. Although I personally don't know or care if Jordan is good in bed - but Peter Andre is deffo better off without her!! Richard:yes:
  2. Exactly my thoughts too.... .....but if the garage did remove the wheels during the MOT they could be held responsible IMO. Good luck mate - and fortunately you're other half was not driving the car at the time:scared: Richard
  3. My view for what it's worth....... ....all types of 300zx are good as it's a great car. However, I think that the car should live up to the expectations it portrays with its looks - so to justify the 300zx's appearance, for me it has to be the twin turbo. Buy one that has been well looked after; and ensure it is properly maintained during your ownership and it's less likely to give you trouble. But remember, most 300zxs are approaching, if not already, 20 years old. So in "junior supercar" league terms any variant could well be facing extensive and expensive repair time! Buy wisely - look for a car that has already had the major components replaced. Or one that is truly original with low miles and authentic history to back it up (rare as hen's teeth nowadays; but there are still some out there!). Good luck in your search - and you've found the right place for all the Z32 advice you'll eveer need! Richard:cool2:
  4. Welcome to the club mate! Richard:cool2:
  5. Cheers Mikey.... ....and the head unit uses the normal aerial for FM reception but comes with a discreet windscreen mounted antenna for the DAB. It's like a heated screen element but no more than 15-20cm long. I'll get a pic up if you're interested.... Richard:chef:
  6. Yup - my main Hi-Fi is made up of "separates" - now there's something you don't hear nowadays!! But there is a record deck, twin cassettes, radio and CD recorder. And all is still in fine fettle.... Richard:whistling:
  7. Cheers matey - do you know someone who does that then........ Richard:innocent:
  8. Cheers Brian & Jane!! And there is one more, but it just did not not seem to want to upload for some reason????......:cursing: Never mind! I then spend Saturday afternoon fitting my new DAB head unit and I have to say, it really was worth the effort! I got the new Kenwood KDC DAB4551U with the optional Bluetooth attachment. The DAB reception is very good and the hands free phone facility works really well. So all in all (apart from the extra tyre expenditure) I am pretty pleased with the results!! Richard:winkiss:
  9. ...And a couple more....
  10. Following my earlier thread, I had my new wheels fitted on Saturday. I had originally intended to swap the tyres from the old wheels as they had loads of life in them...... .......or so it seemed. The tread on fronts had started to come away on the inner edge, I only noticed it in the tyre shop so I had to buy new tyres whilst the car was there. And the only decent brand they had in stock were Continentals - then one of the rears had a nail in it (although not all the way so it wasn't terminal) and the other had developed a "bulge." Great...:asshole: I need 2 new rears as well - but the 'shop didn't have any decent 265/35/18s in stock. I had the old rears mounted on the rims - but before I drive at any speed I'll need a new pair of Contis on the back to match the fronts..... .....however despite that I loved the new look and took some pics (with my phone BTW) when I got home! Richard:thumbup1:
  11. The whole "matt black" thing is not to my taste unfortunately.... ....I prefer the conventional high-gloss finish on a car! Richard:winkiss:
  12. A belated happy birthday mate - hope you had a great day! Richard:santa:
  13. A belated happy birthday Steve! Hope you're keeping well mate..... Richard:santa:
  14. Mine has done 79,600 miles - it's a UK spec with history, old MOTs etc..... ....and it doesn't use a drop of oil, water etc; nor does it smoke or rattle! Richard:wink:
  15. Hi mate, if it's the same seller, then he also sells the full fitting kit for £21; which includes the rings, new nuts, valves and a set of locking nuts. When you've bought your wheels just drop him an e-mail via Ebay. Richard:yes:
  16. My thoughts too..... ....yes the S15 is more rare on the roads; but the 350z is a better car all round; and it follows the "Z-car" lineage. Richard:cool3:
  17. Thanks for the offer Rich - but I bought 2 sets from Ebay yesterday mate...:pinch: 60mm caps and it was £9 for the both sets posted; so not too bad..... Richard:oops:
  18. Another little teaser before I fit the wheels to the car..... ....I got some nice shiny new nuts and I have some "Z" centre cap stickers on the way. But for now here they are with the supplied caps. Richard:biggrin:
  19. Happy birthday mate - hope you had a great day.... Richard:happybday:
  20. LOL; I know what you mean........ ......no offence to the owner but that's just plain [enter choice of word here]. Richard:oops:
  21. Sure mate - just e-mail me your banking details, passwords etc and I'll sort it for you.........:tt2: Richard:innocent:
  22. Yup - it was on the early models IIRC - if you're getting a replacement item, try to make sure it's from a series 2 or later, as they weren't so prone to failing. Richard:thumbup1:
  23. LOL - but the sad fact is, that there must still be idiots who fall for these scams. Otherwise why would the scammers still try it.....? Richard:blink:
  24. What a great thread...... .....keep them coming.....:whistling: Richard:winkiss:
  25. So let me get this right...... ....another yellow slicky NA; just like the one you bought from Jane and still have...?? You've definitely got the ZX bug mate - hats off to you!!! Richard:cool3:
