My first 300zx
Welcome to the club Mr Blue..... ....And if you're in Birmingham, the best place to take your car is Jeff at Zedworld - he's a trader on here and has years of experience in sorting all things 300zx related. Check out his section in the traders' forums! He'll sort a heater matrix quicker than anyone - without removing all the dash etc.... Richard:cool:

Bye-bye tax disc
LOL - my exact thoughts (and I know I have voiced that before too mate... ) It will indeed be nice to have a "clean" looking 'screen..... But then, I still have my National Trust sticker(s) - essential for free parking in their car parks - so I can at least cut the display down by one. But as Gary says, we do still have a fair few club-branded 'disc holders.... So there might well be something one may be able to stick in them shortly....

Pheasant vs aerial, dammit
LOL at some replies..... But to answer Craig's question - changing the aerial is quite easy; the most annoying part for me was removing (and subsequently replacing) all the bits of boot trim. I think I did mine in about an hour, start to finish. And as Bri says, make sure you fit the drain hose correctly inside the wing area... Richard:cool:

Got a new V6
Nice one Graham - hope that works out for you mate!! What the RX8 or the Hyundai.... I think I'd have the Hyundai over the RX8 - never liked the RX8 from the day it was launched....:whistling:

How old ?
Comes to us all in the end Gaz..... .....And to recap, you're HOW old mate....
-
these will fill the arches
Nope - 45 is too high a profile for 18s mate..... Go 235/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rears for optimum looks/handling/tyre price and availability....!

What did you do to your zed today?
Looking mighty fine Joel and Spin Dr... Me, nothing today - but yesterday we had another little outing to enjoy the autumn sunshine; and took the ZX up to Kenilworth. It's rude not to take advantage of the good weather

Look what turned up in my garage
Not had one myself - and can confidently say that I never will...... .....So my twopennorth - get rid of the "Cortina" and keep the Zed....:lol: Seriously though, I respect the GTR in all genres (although I really don't like the R33); but, and it's a personal view, I just have no desire to own one.... So good luck with your new toy; and with whatever you decide mate!! Richard:cool:

Neil (Dr) Fox
I guess not everything one reads in the press is true then.... Although it does make sense, what the papers said; since the offence occurred in 1995 - and there was no sex offenders' register back then - our laws can be fickle like that.
