  1. Maybe double check what car they off and size as some believe that GTR discs are 330mm when they ain't! Oh and a yes on the R4-S pads too :-) smithy
  2. New ones to fit :-) smithy
  3. I have 10's on the back of mine with no probs mate, pretty sure ET 42 or 45 and 9's on the front. I do think a slightly wider rear always looks best rather than having same widths all around. smithy
  4. Shame that mate, as you'll see from searching silverbullet is the only person here ( couldn't see any in the US either) that has ever had an issue with powertrix, which have been around for many years than many others but yet still continue by way of trial and error improve on their products. smithy
  5. yep 3 days ago http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=138338&referrerid=119 smithy
  6. I know that when i was selling a lot of turbo kits for Zed some years back, Turbo Dynamics only ever put a note in their packaging that water feeds must be fitted to (from memory) the ball bearing turbo's, which then was the t25/28 hybrids. So see no reason why it's an issue with all the others, but yes SE Nissan often didn't fit water feeds to their replacement turbo's. smithy
  7. Rear crank seal mate, costs about 15 bucks and is right there in front of yer, deffo worth doing. smithy
  8. Yes they are for jap spec Z's smithy
  9. Aye that will be the jap ones then The wiring instructions are in the DTA section here cheers smithy
  10. The sills you have there are the Jap ones, Alloy by any chance? smithy
  11. As the zed is fitted with re circ BOVS as standard, obviously they don't make anay noise. Some peeps when needing new ones, buy aftermarket re circ BOVS, reason being is they ain't interested in the tshhh farting sound. smithy
  12. Christ that was cheap!! i paid more than that just for panels and other odds an sods to fit and 3 of which were cheap copies. Labour was then on top of that.. smithy
  13. Thats quite bad IMO mate, whilst you can pick up outer skin repair panels now quite cheap money, there are actually 3 of them each side, the most inner one only available from nissan at around 200 big ones. However a decent metalworker and welder could overcome that part perhaps. Suggest lifting the rear bench seat and then the carpet to see how far in towards the middle of rear floor pan the rust has gone. Let us know what you find. I replaced all 3 panels on drivers side and 2 on pass side, doing it properly was quite a big job! smithy
  14. Not sure which zed your talking about, the black or white Zeds were limited to 155mph Boost gauges were not used " i think after late 94" someone may claify. so don't always expect to see one in a zed TT logo means nothing, many don't have any logos on Earthing comments, there are numerous Zeds out there that had aftermarket earthing kits fitted and they all went back the battery, in a kinda loop, so that maybe what you seen??. Both the black and white zeds had TT front bumpers on too. So you may have walked away from summit in the wrong belief fella. smithy
  15. Here yer go http://www.rotashop.co.uk/rota-svn_c33739_65197.htm clue was in the pic title :innocent: smithy
  16. You mean these http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=1283462&postcount=1 Got a couple of pairs left can post out tomorow to sell if needed, but not lend/borrow soz smithy
  17. Yes R33 calipers are bolt straight on, you use GTR33 or 34 discs, 324mm ones. if you use a same size disc but for a different car, then the offsett wil be wrong, so order discs to suit 33/34. Yes the R34's bolt on with a very minor mod and again same thing as regards discs. As for the rear, am 99.9% certain yes the GTR33 bolt on also. smithy
  18. Fraid not mate, just put your pulley on the other pump, it simply unbolts. Job done! other than that pumps are the same. If yoy wana leave the UK pulley on, just order replacement belt from danny or mike feeney. smithy
  19. You must be a jap spec are yer? Either remove the pulley wheel from other pump and swap around for yours or fit a UK sized pulley belt. smithy
  20. Just a screw driver mate is all thats needed http://www.ttzd.com/tech/diagnostictech.html Let us know how you get on whatever happens. smithy
  21. Assuming they are the Gold Brembo's as fitted to some 350Z's then yes worth getting if the price is right. You MUST get the discs with the front calipers and the calipers will bolt straight on if you drill out the Zed lug hole from 12mm to 14mm, so try to get the caliper securing bolts as well. If you don't get the discs, 350Z discs are required and if using the discs, no bracket is then required. If using stock Zed discs with 350Z calipers, then brackets are required. Rear calipers and discs from the 350Z is somewhat of a hard job to do though and requires quite a bit of modding to fit. smithy
  22. Only takes 10 mins for you to check for error codes mate, no harm in trying smithy
  23. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=132905&referrerid=119 hth smithy
  24. Search the ACT website mate and see if they do one capable of holding the power yer have before simply buying a 6 puck, so many different power levels with performance clutches. Good luck smithy
