Nismo 555's On Ebay!
Erm when was that then ? Am always happy to try and compete with peeps on ebay where possible, however on this occassion he's 75 quid cheaper than me, taking into account I supply new top/bottom seals and delivery, that said though, the 94+ ones are cheaper and he doesn't state which years are at the 430 quid quoted, PLUS whilst his pics are for illustration purposes only, I would have thought at LEAST one pic was with a Nismo box and paperwork seeing as he's such a big seller of jap parts. Also quite a few Nismo injectors have cropped up in the US on cars and have been found to either be running below or sometimes higher than 555cc. Not saying his are copies, BUT there are now shed loads of copies of Nismo/HKS and Apexi stuff on ebay, complete with branded logo boxes and eveything, you really can't tell the difference in some cases, until it performs that is  One thing you really won't get on ebay with the cheaper gear, is the back up when summit is found faulty 6 months down the line :( cheers smithy

22401-40P66 NGK Plugs PFR6B-11B
G should be for the N/A version mate 6b-11b is infact the plugs used on the US cars, UK/Jap were 6b-11C which you can easily buy in the UK, That said searching back and a guy called Anders researched plugs and found that the US plugs were infact better for modified Zeds. HTH Cheers smithy

From these answers we'll work it out ;) smithy

Sard 800 Injectors for 300zx 63517's on Ebay
The simple points being made here though fella are, 555's will happily flow enough for the mid 500 bhp level and only require a basic 555 chip, for that little bit more bhp, then yes a couple more basic mods. Now if yer seriously thinking of going well and beyond mid 500bhp level then yes the sard bigger injectors and all the added mods to enable them to be used correctly, that said, if yer going that high in BHP, have bloody deep pockets :) cos yer gonna need em. So in short why mess with various other mods to get the Sards to be used correctly, when 555's are more than ample for more than the average modder  Cheers smithy

Stuck on my new DBA discs and Portafield pads
As these were Skyline GTR discs 4000 series front and rear and in gold, price is 600 bucks the both pairs delivered and then just the cost of pads on top. Not only look the biz, but perform great too :) Nice job Dave  cheers smithy

Sard 800 Injectors for 300zx 63517's on Ebay
Simply cos unless yer going for "serious" bhp and i mean like over 600+ big ones, bigger is not always better :) Marks raised some good points there  and am sure there is the odd one or two more smithy

fluttering
Fraid I dunno which ones flutter as opposed to ones that go whooosh, but you deffo don't want to fit re-circulating ones, cos the Zed already has this type as standard and re-circulating means no noise. hth cheers smithy

ZedWorld ECU
So let me get this right, yer thinking of picking up a zedworld ECU cos it's socketed and then gonna plonk in a JWT ? Just ring Jeff and ask him whats what with the chip in his, from any writing on it he should be able to see what mapping etc is on it, the JWT one however has always been the most mildest of chips around with 98% of those sold in the UK, simply being copies! Just a thought fella ;) smithy

any difference...
Do a search on the twincone apexi kits guys and you'll see all the info there as regards performance, but in short yes there is a difference in performance PLUS no worries of the dreaded rain soaking the maf with the cones facing upwards. Danny now makes these kits at around 130 quid plus filters ;) but check with him to be certain. smithy
