best brakes with std wheels
Aye the r32 calipers will obvoiusly enable the discs to fit, but tbh, for 450 quid i'll send you a nice new set of the GTR34/33 (324mm) sized discs from DBA wiperslot version, caliper brackets and a set of decent porterfield pads :) check it out on me website.... cheers smithy

best brakes with std wheels
R32 GTR's are 32mm thickness and ours are 30mm no idea if you can do owt with that as am not that working on brakes all the time, so hopefully some one can answer this, diameter is approx 16mm bigger. You could just fit decent pads and discs and you'll be better off too :) cheers smithy

AP 6 puck clutch/lightened flywheel
Sorry mate i've sold that many i don't recall, still sounds like a fairly well sorted motor with a few bob spent on her and in all the right places too :) please let me know how you get on with it and what you think about it's performance :) cheers smithy

Think my clutch is on the way out...
Bart thankfully a clutch/fly replacement is one of those jobs that is not technical on a Zed and pretty much any garage can do that for you, a Zed specialist might do it quicker though :) average cost is anywhere from 150-200 quid for labour. All straight forward to do including swapping the fly, the RPS Sport is your best option if not going crazy in the horse power tables, feels likle stock but will still take a fair bit more power than stock. Full details of these if you want them omn my website, just click the banner below :) cheers smithy

AP 6 puck clutch/lightened flywheel
:D Simply cos as it takes a bit of getting used too and some don't, the non 6 pucks will easily hold some serious power. People sometimes perceive the slightly different product as the better, in this case the RPS range can cater for all power levels as required. The 6 puck generally holds around 20% more power than the organics. So why pay more than organic, why have it wear out quicker and why have a clutch that can in some cases be a little awkward to drive with. In your case don't be put off cos the car already has it as some of the above wouldn't apply in your case, at least the guy has spent some cash on fitting something decent and will outlast most  Oh you just need to ask the seller if it#s the Max or Sport series one, just so you know how far you can go with tuning, if you decide :) cheers smithy

AP 6 puck clutch/lightened flywheel
No idea about AP Clutches, however when it comes to 6 pucks or even 4 pucks, the clutch is either on or off (paddle clutch) so it can easily effect driving style. Having sold around 150 clutches myself, only about 5 of them were 6 pucks as i've never recommended them for the Zed, also bear in mind a puck clutch will wear out around 20-25% sooner than an organic one and cost more to replace the disc. Liteweight Flys will encourage the engine to rev far more freely and the car will both accelerate and feel quicker, so deffo a worth while mod. More info on my website on clutches (RPS, the most commonly used unit on the forum :) ) Hope that helps cheers smithy

Keyrings?
Theres an option in your user CP to request stickers and keyrings as well. Put me down on the list too please, paid for membership late last year as well as traders fees. Mac did post few weeks ago:- "There are 60 keyrings left they will be sent out to the people on this list thats a FACT! I am on the look out for new ones" and it seems around a dozen on the list were sorted, so maybe a few more lying around somewhere guys ?? cheers smithy

More Turbo Advice please :)
Thankyou, Now done. Bazza sorry things went a bit tits up there bud :) IMO from all the customers, years and top tuners in the US i've dealt with, My cash goes on the GT675RS, Almost a HKS 2530 being as it has the same parts, but without the lag and a grand cheaper too to boot :) the HKS will flow more at the end, but it's getting there 1st that usually matters.... Good luck Greg, great idea about the t28's against the 2530 on a sprint, would love to do it sometime just to see what happens :) cheers smithy

More Turbo Advice please :)
Mods, can you please move this last post to off topic section, i really would love to reply but feel it unfair to Bazza's thread requiring help for turbos for me and ryan to get into a slagging off session which his posts, seem to be. cheers smithy

Turbo and Intake pipes
If you mean the intake pipes, 4 off that go throttle bodies and the tubs, fraid you can't just buy a length of certain diameter and cut it and hope it bends okay around the curves etc, these are shaped hoses as well as different diameters at either end for 2 of them, so you need replacements made for the vehicle. If you mean the various breather hoses, various lengths and in 4mm and 6mm diameters. smithy

More Turbo Advice please :)
well i hate to be the bearer of that news, but it is infact true and the TD t28's boosted well before the HKS ones did and funny enough mine are kicking out 475lb of torque and all for a grand less than HKS, Oh and to quote your own words after driving my car, "this has gotta be one of the fastest cars i've had in and man so torquey" and i never knew you were qualified to open up a set of Tubs and know what parts were in it to know the design was crap, interested to know how ? just so no one else makes that mistake of course  Kirbz, these were not the same t28's as are commonly known, their design is a TD one and designed for the Zed in particular :) cheers smithy
-
More Turbo Advice please :)
If i remember rightly Steve E binned his HKS ones in favour of the turbodynamics BB t28's as the latter was far less laggy than the 2530's, though not as much puff at the end, however that didn't matter as his end goal was not much higher than a good 450 FYI the GT675RS uses the same BB cartridge, compressor and turbine housing and is far less laggier than the HKS model. You'll get lots of different opinions on the subject of Turbo's Bazza :) cheers smithy

Turbos.
I always dealt with turbo dynamics mate, found them to be very helpful, not bad prices, couple different options for you to choose from and prices from about £1100 (I think) hth cheers smithy

Air Fuel Gauge
Phil a lot depends on excatly which type you have, but generally on normal driving it will bounce up and down, put yer foot down and hold the revs highish and see if it stays around a constant point. Assuming you've wired it into the ECU ? which is a closed loop, it won't give an accurate reading till around 2.5k revs. hth cheers smithy

Spark Plug Question
Assuming like other plugs the "7" in your code is the heat range mate ?,if so they are not a spot colder than stock as stock are 5's, they are a lot colder cheers smithy

Plugs And Compretion Test
11-b is the "usual" NGK plug and is for tt's serviced in UK. 11-c is the plug given to the US cars and has a very slightly longer shroud than the B to help avoid even further causes of detonation. G is the plug for N/A's and the temp of plugs is denoted by the number 5,6 or 7. As you know 5 is stock, 6 is the ideal cooler plug and 7 for those over 500bhp or running NOS, too cold is not good. So if Sinclair is a TT, he's spot on ;) smithy
