  1. A little too much lol, i like your wheels by the way :thumbup1:
  2. Nice one Mark, i think we all at some time have had the odd brain fart after doing any major engine work, i remember when i changed my engine, it ran like a bag of shite until i found a couple of vac hoses under the throttle bodies i had missed and a couple of loose connectors. At the time you think the world has ended and it has blown up, sometimes you got to step back and retrace your steps and be methodical and it all comes together in the end :thumbup1:
  3. Did you put the fuel pump fuse back in? Next to the brake master cylinder green fuses.
  4. Did you do the manual conversion? Has it started since doing the conversion?
  5. Nice one Ian, but any excuse for a drive out lol
  6. Hi and welcome to the club, we have a few owners here with a Z31, but we are primarily a Z32 based club, zclub, net are more into the classics and of course the Z31. Im sure if you have some questions though they can still be answered :thumbup1:
  7. Heads are the same iirc, but the cams and valves are different, im sure one of our engine gurus will be able to give you the definitive answer :thumbup1:
  8. Happy Birthday Daz, have a great day
  9. Happy Birthday Vin, all the best :happybday:
  10. Top work Daz, i really like the look of that panel and look forward to the vid of it all singing and dancing
  11. Done Dan and by the way you are unlikely to get a joint insurance involving a commercial vehicle, i know its only car based, but it is considered a van and therefore is a commercial vehicle and not likely to be able to use your no claims on both. I had this problem years ago when i used to lease vans, had to have a separate fully comp insurance and paid a fortune for the privilege:thumbdown: Any pics of interior yet? no hurry as im off on holiday next week, but just when you get the chance :thumbup1:
  12. I have had EL dials in the past, the white faced ones, but i much prefer my UK clocks as an update instead lit nicely with LEDs.
  13. Welcome to the club mate and hope you have some fun with her
  14. Paul you mad son of a bitch, where have you been? its such a shame you are letting her go, but after all this time im surprised youve still got her lol and yes car is still....... in primer
  15. The weather affects so much lately, cant wait for the summer lol, at least you will be in comfort and get some shut eye before heading home:thumbup:
  16. :happybday: Have a great day
  17. :happybday: All the best for today
  18. Hopefully having this new section, once everyone has got to grips with it, will make buying and selling not only easier but hassle free (fingers crossed :scared:)
  19. Well they did the same with the new Toyota sports car and the range rover evoque, smaller engines to come inline with the eco squad
  20. You may be getting an intermittent problem with the box or ecu,But what i will say, that came to mind when you mentioned your headlights, there is a multiplug behind the drivers headlight, i would check the pins in the plug for corrosion, you may have nudged the plug when fitting the bulbs which would have caused the problem you are having as part of the autobox loom goes to that plug. Image is for wiring to a manual conversion, but shows the plug
  21. In the tech section, basically allowing the dipped beam to stay on when using main beam  Easy quick solution is to ground to earth one side of the hid feed (ground/earth) and although they will come on when you flash, they will stay on with main beam on.
  22. Yep a bacon sarnie
  23. Congrats on the post whoring mate
  24. Try our trader here CJ http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?187-CJ-Tuning
