respraying polyurathane front bumper...
How did you get on with the NS door filler, it curves out more than the drivers side, Dave said thats how they came when he took off the moulds from the originals.

Remove Dash to Remove Heater Matrix.
Sorry Gary totally forgot to tell you what the glue was i used, its Araldite fusion, looks like a syringe and mixes itself as you push down the plunger, i stuck a couple of inches of tube on the end to get the angle under the dash trim. http://www.screwfix.com/prods/30189/Sealants-Adhesives/Adhesives/High-Strength-Adhesives/Araldite-Fusion-3g#

Sorry to hear about that bud, at least you had the sense to ignore the doc and do something about it. Have a read of this, but for god sake dont get yourself worked up over what might or might not be, she is in the best place now to get it sorted. http://www.medicinenet.com/blood_clots/article.htm

front torsion bars
No it wont, it may roll a bit around corners if you push it hard, i drove around for weeks once with out the front anti roll bar on, when i had an issue with the drop links, didnt seem to make much difference under normal driving.

Best Glue
I used the evo stick multi purpose Impact instant contact adhesive as in post 10, its in a red tin with a silver top, ive had no problems. Any local hardware store, B&Q only seem to do the small tins, but to do all the panels for the interior i used 2x 500ml tins.

Heater control pod question.
Its not just the looms, but the actuators for the climate control, meaning gutting and replacing the ducting, fan box etc. Nothing is impossible lol, just whether its worth the hassle. You would either need another car as a breaker for the parts or put up a huge list, but you may still not end up with what you need.

Speedo dials options
Do you mean aftermarket dials, temp/boost/voltage/water etc or the dash dials?

My New Car (Project M3)
Thats looking really nice Allan, did you use rattle cans for the boot or spray gun?
-
Heater control pod question.
Unfortunately not a straight swap, infact it might not even be possible. It hasnt been done yet, but has been discussed, might be worth you doing a search and looking for the threads about it, might give you more insight to the issues involved. I think it was a money saving exercise by Nissan along with no turbo guage etc

thank F00k for local scrappies
Press the schrader valve down (where its regassed) to release any gas/fluid, If you want to delete the whole system then either undo them at the bulkhead or cut the pipes then rip out the condenser (rad), receiver drier compressor.
