Electric folding wing mirrors
Me too mate, 101 things to do to mine.
-
Electric folding wing mirrors
It has the write up with how to wire for the folding mirrors, but from the switch. You will need a relay, possibly two, depending on the alarm system, to wire so the mirrors fold with central locking. You can take a feed from the drivers door solenoid for this. Its one of the mods im going to do on mine and when ive got the door card off and got round to doing it, i will do a write up.

Electric folding wing mirrors
Hi Vig, you can change the innards into your red casing, the wires for the heated mirror part need to be wired to the rear window defrost switch, which can be done at the relay in the drivers footwell behind the kick panel. Heres a write up on the US site for the folding mirror conversion http://www.300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=185879

Passenger seat power
In some cases the loom is under the carpet, beneath the seat, if not you can take the power from the drivers seat with a bit of modding.

Skip Hire
Id go for a miniskip then, will be the cheapest option.
-
Skip Hire
Differs from city/town, best getting a few quotes from your yellow pages. IIRC if its placed on a public road, it costs more, something to do with road tax. On a drive then its not too bad, the price includes pick up and disposal. I had a midiskip a few years back on my drive, cost about £52, you normally get it for a week, but depending on companies you may get longer if required, till full.

fitting a spoiler
If its got the holes in the hatch for the bolts, i wouldnt worry too much about the paintwork, if you want to de spoiler, you will need to get the holes filled, then painted anyway. Tiger seal is like a strong version of bathroom sealant to give you an idea and its been said the best way to remove it without harming the paint is a ' caramel wheel' Good for getting rid of stickers/decals etc

friggin door cards!!
You might have the angle wrong, you need to get it as flat to the door as poss so that you slide it down on the top edge first.

alternator
You can replace the adjuster bolt, the arm/adjuster bracket, is seperate to the alternator. There is a bolt behind the adjuster nut that goes at the bottom of the alternator the front of the captive nut is what the adjuster bolt goes into. HTH
