I think Artztogo was getting or has some acrylic cut for him, might be worth dropping him a PM to see who he used.
  11. WOT, is wide open throttle, if when taking the reading you put the accelerator to the floor or using the throttle cable guide you will see the 4v reading.
  12. Remain strong through these difficult days, im sure she will pull through as said, babies are tough little buggers and you couldnt be in better hands by the sounds of it. All the best and wishing your family all the strength to get through this. Graham

  15. There isnt a replaceable filter in the auto box, its as you discovered and the oil strainer can be removed and flushed/washed clean A speed convertor wont affect the gear changes, but an incorrectly set TPS will. A clean up and fresh oil can normally help, but if after all that and still no major improvement might be goodbye slushbox and get the manual done lol
  16. Deffo a good choice for the money. I found i was getting alot of brake dust from the mintex pads and squeal occasionally even after using plenty of copper grease, however being an auto at the time may not have helped as the brakes are worked slightly harder. I changed to Brembo pads and appear to have less brake dust and no squeal, they seem to have worn well so far and will certainly buy again when needed.
  17. NA Hot type PFR5B-11 Standard type PFR6B-11 Colder types PFR7B-11
  18. I would stick with standard plugs on an N/A Chris, you only need colder or uprated plugs if upping boost or running higher power on a TT. Mine runs sweet on standard plugs.
  19. Or a set of Brembo pads http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Brake-Pad-Set-Front-NISSAN-300-ZX-90-95-BREMBO-/300586377711?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item45fc5821ef I find much better than the mintex i had used previously
  20. Rattling noise can also be vvt springs at certain revs, but normally if its vvt springs the rattle would go at about 3.5k revs when the valve timing comes into play. To add a link into a thread, just right click in the header bar (http://www....) and copy, then paste into your thread....simples (squeak)
  21. I would give Jeff a call at zedworld and see what info he has on it. If he did some work on it he will have a log detailing all the work carried out and any advisories. I wouldnt have thought it will be anything major and at the price its at at the minute, a bargain to be had.
  22. The exhaust on a UK has a pre cat on the passenger side, which the JDM doesnt have but all in all the length of both will be the same to swap over. The cat back is the same on both models.
  23. I dont care what ive spent on mine, i dont care what its worth as i bought it as my own fun project just for me lol, i will never sell it regardless of my circumstances, its a labour of love and if you love the zed, then it shouldnt matter. If someone wants something reliable or doesnt cost too much money to run, then buy a fiesta  Just my opinion of course
