Mixing will be fine. With motorbikes if you let them stand for a few months, the fuel often goes stale and they won't run. Modern fuel has lots of additives which evaporate apparently. Drain the carb, put fresh fuel in and they fire straight up. I don't know if this applies to cars as well.... just a thought!

I think this is the answer for anyone who is self employed. I think you can get it effectively lower than 19% by ofsetting certain 'expenses'.

Can't a man in your position set yourself up as a limited company, pay yourself a wage just below the tax threshold and pay yourself the rest in dividends? You'd end up paying about 17% tax in total then.

LOL Steady Carl - we're only joking! We're not really forming a clique here. No-one has been PM'd. We're just having a laugh. All forums can appear cliquey as far as I can tell, even if they're not. This one's better than many I've been on.
