  1. Would have been up for this if I wasn't going on holiday that day!
  2. Sad news, very sorry to hear. Strong to the end. Brave and remarkable lady. X
  3. took car down to Daz in Kent for some little fixes to get it running just right.
  4. i am going to try and get to this, and will opt for camping at the moment.
  5. Best wishes Andrew!
  6. I might have more than 1 passenger, so what's the restriction here...?
  7. that front view is pretty cool. very nice. the back is just wrong though. ok from the side, but not the back directly.
  8. hi John, hope you are keeping well. thanks!
  9. So sorry to hear of this Mandy. I feel absolutey honoured to have met you, and find your strength of character and courage in such adversity massively inspiring. The effort required to attend the events you did show how truly committed you are to not letting your illness dictate your enjoyment of life. I hope that the members of my family suffering similar battles are able to show even half of the resolve you have shown. My very best wishes to you and your family. X
  10. Excellent. Just down the road. Hmm ;-)
  11. Looking at the pics, look like 3 piece as you can see the front and rear rim join. In that case, they must be well stuck together and you have been very lucky they have not burst apart under pressure, as Si mentioned, if you haven't deflated them before you took the center out?
  12. But, but, but... Aww dad, do I have to, it is Christmas
  13. I do actually like that style of door and would consider them if I was building a project car
  14. Actually, I think that's something I could do with. Options?
  15. works for me Joel :-) once i sort the mounts out, my next problem is i do not have a pc man enough to process video editing :-/
  16. you could also look at vw tiguan or audi q5 in those class/sizes Richard? or a q5 even. depends where Julia has to park, but the cayenne, touareg, q7 are large beasts to move about in tight spots
  17. i had some apexi ones on my first zed, and really enjoyed the scania air brake sounds, especially on a tunnel run. depends how you use your car, if you like the attention, and if your peers are running similar mods to their cars but when you become more serious about power, subtlety or stealth, then you will want to take them off and focus on the more expensive upgrades
  18. once i get some suitable mounts and some time, will let you know whether is was a good idea or not...
  19. Not specifically for the zed, but got a gopro hero to be able to incriminate myself in the zed and on the motorbikes.. Lol
  20. Lots of goodies going up for auction http://auctionhq.net/view-auctions/catalog/id/91/
  21. Unless he had to take evasive action into that lane to avoid the car in front who stopped unexpectedly to let someone pull into the lane, when not authorised to direct traffic in that manner...
  22. Before I go looking for a new one in the new year, just checking if anyone has or will have one for sale in the next month or so.
  23. it doesnt matter how well behaved the gathering is, if some nimby makes a complaint then it can be applied.
  24. Thanks Andrew. Have looked around a couple of times and found some of the empeg resources still live, but have completely forgot how or what to do with it. Maybe a project over Christmas break, dig it out and see if it still works and get familiar again. It is running whatever the latest hijack was in 2003 when I took it out of my zed when I sold it.
