We have a Shi Tzu as well, and keep him trimmed short as much as possible too, much less hassle. Cataracts developed quite early (6-7 years old? i think), so keep an eye ( :whistling: ) on that with yours too. ours is now pretty much blind, but still gets around ok. he is small enough to go in and out of the cat flap, which he does all the time, but, my only gripe with him is he can be fecking lazy and piss up a table leg in the kitchen if its raining or cold outside :cursing: :gun_bandana:

Had the same message. Shame, but thats always going to be a problem organising a new event in the summer, when there are so many established shows already, regardless of whether they have announced dates or not, they always want the summer weekends.

Sadly, as posted in the wedding thread, we have learnt that Max has passed away, so we may not know whether a convoy would still be wanted in his honour or not. However, I still plan to spend the weekend in the area, and will be available if required. I have booked the zip world caverns for my family at 3:30pm, as those dates are now available to book on the website. These do sell out, and might only be available on the day if there are cancellations, so if you want to join in, I would suggest booking, after checking on the cancellation terms. This might seem a long time away, but booking events needs commitment :lol:

This. Although it might be and/or, will have to re-check the wording, which means that UK cars "might" get away with it. i will leave my ballasts in place, and just put halogen bulbs in for the test. it cant fail due to hid bulb and ballast being present, just for being in use.

While reviewing some of the calendar events, i have seen the opportunity to arrange another club event, as was also mentioned on the original thread. The plan for Saturday: After breakfast, a Snowdon route taking in one or more of Llanberis, Beddgelert, Capel Curig, Betws-y-Coed, stopping for lunch somewhere along the way, aiming towards Blaenau for the afternoon. These are some great mountain and valley roads with great views. If the weather is not too brilliant on the day, then we could reduce the driving in favour of activities and visit the Anglesey Transport Museum, Tacla Taid, before leaving the island: http://angleseytransportmuseum.co.uk/ In the late afternoon, i plan to stop at Blaenau Ffestiniog and visit the Slate Caverns. October bookings are not able to be made at the moment, but i am watching the booking site every day ;) For the less adventurous, there is also the normal Slate Cavern tours which are well worth a visit.
