  1. My fuelling setup is now for sale Border 850cc inj with Border billet rail - £550 Twin Walbro 255lph pumps - £60 Parallel rail plumbing in braided hose, with AN connectors, twin fuel filters & Automotive Fuel Pressure Regulator with 2 inputs - £200 Pics to follow ...
  2. I bought them early last year from the US but due to various complications of having a limited run made they didn't arrive till last month... They are a bellmouth design to avoid any boost creep with big turbo's and breather mods, all tig-welded, and have v-bands :D Only considering selling as I won't be putting them to use till next year now given how plans have changed, and if I lower the engine, they'll need to be modified which would be a shame. £900 delivered
  3. jaffa posted a topic in For Sale - Parts
Inherited these so will pass them on. New ones go for around 80 each so will sell the pair for £80 delivered
  4. fronts will be ok ie minor work rears will be a pita unless you put stupidly thin tires on. I had 305/30 on a 19x10.5 et35, that took roll, pull, and flare to avoid any rubbing
  5. Throwing yourself in at the deep end :) However, it's not that long in the grand scheme of things till TOTB and best to get as many teething issues ironed out asap as it's all been taken apart and put back together again with several changes. Keep us updated!
  6. Terry, good of you to offer your help, and it's your birthday as well! Need more details from Anthony to see how people can help :)
  7. Have you spoken to Terry about it, looks like he built it from your previous posts?
  8. arggh Funky, saw pic attachments on thread so thought it was worth taking a look now!
  9. That's a good jump forward in progress! Is your new loom all done as well? Looking forward to seeing what those turbos can do
  10. hope you had fun while it lasted, but that's also what these test days are for. Does sound like the MC is leaking. I had a similar issue occur at croft, was fine most of the track but one certain corner the brake pedal went solid and very little braking - scary!!
  11. good work, what kind of CFM does the fan throw out?
  12. I meant wheel size :) in terms of getting heat into them, I was overheating my 265 up front eventually, and not getting enough heat into the 305 at the rear. I think your wing will help get the extra load on the rear, and as you say, testing is the key to see what differences the weight saving and aero changes make
  13. Switch to a tt subframe... It's not that big a deal compared to everything else you've done
  14. Not easily, and not worth it. Why are you considering it, may be better options?
  15. Nice wheels and a good offset for the arches, what size up front?
  16. I could, but I don't think it'll be suitable for most Zeds, I have pretty much nothing behind the bumper area so lots of space. Hinges will add weight and have to be special/complex to avoid catching the splitter with minimal ground clearance
  17. welcome to pop in, I'm on the batheaston side of the A46/A4 roundabout, so very close :)
  18. simple enough, don't recommend for general use as it's a floppy thing now, weighs nothing as a result so a success for my intentions
  19. pretty much, it's a nice idea, and I've figured how to do it with just 2 more attachment points beyond the bonnet aerocatches. Downside is that it will need 2 people to remove safely
  20. yesterday's work was moving the pass seat further back and relocating the extinguisher
  21. eagle eyed will notice I've lost my rear subframe. Z32bolt now has the old one, new one to be put together and details to be shared in due course
  22. and finally, some cooling updates Naca ducts for air coming in mounting them rinse and repeat for other side air goes out here and mocking up new rad position and size This rad is on order, twin 16" fans, double pass with oil cooler in the other end tank
  23. I bought an angle grinder, how did I survive before that! Various brackets removed, holes in the boot etc found a space for the new oil tank here's the matching sump test fitted to an old block also had to fab a mount for dry sump pump using the AC mount New mount is being made out of billet based on the original hack job!
  24. Decided to drop down to an 18" wheel since there are better track tire choices available and to save a weight. Finding a lightweight wheel that fitted over my brakes was a mission, settled on these Enkei's. 18x10 all round, and a pair of 17x9.5 for drag racing Old set vs new Still very tight, had to grind off a lip to stop them catching the caliper. and having new brake bells and caliper mounts made to move the brakes further inboard. fitted (with no brakes)
  25. In the last pic you can also see the shell I picked up from HellRaiser, that was a fun morning and thanks to Z32Bolt for lending a hand. The shell will be used as a donor to fix my rear qtr at some stage
