  1. what boost do you usually run at? If you usually see 13/14 psi and you're using mig tips then you could be in safety boost. Have you done an ECU check for error codes?
  2. i would double check the TPS connection and maybe monitor the voltage on it. Bad O2 sensor wouldn't cause this.
  3. for reference, I'm using 47% duty to hit 1 bar. (when i first set it up i used 62% duty to hit 1 bar, but I've since a few things and tidied the vacuum hoses up) I've also turned the boost down for 1st gear approx 12 psi to avoid losing traction, and turned it down a little for fifth as it was overshooting a bit due to the extra load.
  4. I would be tempted to go Thor or simialar to measure your Air/Fuel curve as the injectors start to struggle above 1bar with stock turbo's. If your tubs are much bigger there will be a lot more air at 1 bar so you could run lean at 1bar...
  5. and mine http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=31808&highlight=dual+pop TBH one filter is enough till 400+rwhp
  6. yeah and be carefull, I uhh no someone that uhh cracked their windscreen while getting over enthusiastic wedging it down :nelson:
  7. only one of them, and we have one on each side... it won't fit at the sides, and if you want a front mount intercooler you may was well get one that's designed for the 300zx or you'll have lot of custom piping to do.
  8. I have a Goodridge set going spare, PM me if you're interested...
  9. here http://www.courtesyparts.com/z32/oe_pcv.html
  10. it'll probably be http://www.importsextreme.com/
  11. they're useless as soon as you de-cat. Once you do de-cat the AIV pipe will get plugged, but you can actually remove the whole assembly from behind the arch liners.
  12. the injectors are 370cc for both UK and import TT's, I think the only one with smaller injectors are the NA's
  13. that'll be me!! you can get them from B&Q :) think I got 28mm ones to go in the pipes. you'll need bigger ones for proper capping of the pipes
  14. Mine are from http://www.fancyplates.com/
  15. assuming you are using the correct pins, are you sure your O2 sensors are healthy? Also was the car warmed up, as they need time to warm up too
  16. wouldn't have thought 555's or larger with stock turbos would be any problem as long as the chip is mapped correctly.
  17.
  18. 2nd that...
  19. only heard good things about these tubs, a lot of people in the states use them and quite a few are being built at the moment with the inconel manifolds, so some numbers should be floating around soon. :D
  20. I voted yes, but only if you guys want to stay (nutters) you've all done a sterling job so far
  21. I know, quality not great, but I didn't take it. I won by around half a second, the other half was down to reaction time :D So much wheel spin though...
  22. Finally got it working :hyper: download
  23. yup, a shocking amount approx 10kgs ;)
  24. Here's a vid of me against Mike, looks like I need to practice my launch as I wheel spin through all of first! + my reaction time was 0.4secs after Mike, so it looks like it's a while before I start moving. sounds not great but you get the idea ;) damn link didn't work :( try again link
  25. gutted for you, hope you manage to get it sorted with the minimum of fuss. Got to be grateful that no one was hurt
