  1. Yep he's selling Gold for World of Warcraft is anyone wants some before he gets banned lol.
  2. Yes, I have a 1 piece carbon fiber prop, the heat guard fits fine over it.
  3. Heavy smoke and no boost ?. Sounds like one of your Turbo seals has gone. Does it make any kind of noise when you try to go into boost ?
  4. Contact ChrissyP. He's a big fan of the US mucle cars but has a 300zx NA, I believe he may well have white writing on his tyres.
  5. Sorry to say but if it needs that much work it's probably not worth it. If you have room and want to stick with the 300zx's, Your best bet would be to keep it and get yourself another one with a good shell. You can then swap the parts across which are better and then break the remaining car and sell to make some money back. When these cars fail the MOT and it's going to cost too much to fix it's usually a case of getting it delared sorn, get some tax refund on insurance and road tax. Get it off the road and start braking it. If you have time you can make some nice money like this, if you don't have time or space then I'm sure someone would buy it off you for parts (you won't get anywhere near as much as you would from breaking but you still have options).
  6. Not sure how you would dilute something in a compressed spray can ?
  7. Got any other pics, from that angle they look unskirted with stock mudflaps painted !.
  8. Not bad figures at all mate if you have stock tubs and injectors. You got yourself a good solid engine there by the looks fo your graph. But as I mentioned back in 2004 in my post http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=39484 Obviously running lean at high Boost and RPM is not going to help your pistons much either. Do you have the Air / Fuel graphs as well that you can post up ?
  9. I gotta agree with everyone else. Loose the spoiler and drop it. It will look very nice. I'm also curious about your post : How does that work then ?. You're going to leave a bloody great big groove in the road whereever you Drive :D.
  10. My cat light blinks on and off very frequently. I'm not too fussed though, becuase I don;t have any cats, so I'm assuming that the sensors are still under there somewhere and just earthing themselves out somehow. I'll sort it when I do my oil change this week sometime :). But yes as mentioned already your cat light will come on when the cats are getting too hot, this could either mean they are getting clogged up and or you have excess fuel. Get yourself on a Rolling road and get the fuel air ratio's measure so you can see if you need to modify your fueling. If all looks good on the dyno then you probably need to either replace you cats or get rid of them. Disclaimer: removing cats is know to reduce the life of your oil seals on the turbo's. So it's recommended that if your turbo's have quite a few miles on them, do not remove the cats unless you intend to upgrade or replace the turbo's in the very near future.
  11. I was only mucking with ya jimmy, You shouldn't have any problems with the balance bar holes :). Looks very nice indeed. Throttle Bodies look very clean. Takes me back to the days when I actually had time to spend on my car, I'll be lucky if I get time to wash it once a week now :(.
  12. bottom of my sig ;)
  13. you did block up the inlets before you sprayed it right ;) ?
  14. Looks good but a bit too big to have on the front windscreen. I've had this one for about 4 years now. http://www.b-hague.co.uk/camera_suction_pads_vacuum_mounts.htm
  15. Hi mate, Look forward to seeing the pictures.
  16. Good link chris, I'll have a read through that. This is the sort of thing I would like to put together in the long run. http://z31.com/wiki/doku.php?id=resources:nuts-and-bolts
  17. Done a bit of a search but haven't come up with anything. I'm going to try and put together a thread about bolt sizes, yes I know it's not the most interesting of threads but it's going to be one for the FAQ section. Everyone needs bolts at some stage whether it's changing them over for super bling bolts or just replacing broken/missing ones. So I think it will be very useful if I can get something together which covers every bolt in the car. This is going to be a work in progress but I'm sure will be very useful and work out a lot cheaper if we know the size of the bolts we need. That way rather than buying Nissan bolts we can pick them up from screw fix or the like. Once in place I can then maybe put together some packages if people are interested. i.e. The any visible bolt in the engine package and other packages alike. This is not something I will be ordering and selling or making money out of, it's more of a get a list together and find the best suppliers, then put that list in the FAQ so people know what they need and where to get it from. So if you know the size for any bolts that you have bought please post them here. The best format would be "thread size x length x head type". i.e. "M8 x 45 x 10" or "M6 x 30 x Phillips" Ones I know so far are: Coilpack bolts x 24 = M8 x 1.25 x socket head cap screw Throttle Cable Bots x 4 = M6 x 1 x 14mm socket head cap screw Fuel line bolts (replaces fuel pipe screws) = M4 x 0.7 pitch x 16mm
  18. LMAO !!! I like the way you say exciting moments in life (not including divorce) Fook me, I don't know anyone on the plannet who could get excited about divorce apart from maybe the lawyer who is getting a cut from it lol.
  19. Top man thanks smithy. I'll do some digging.
  20. Ok just checked, mines an AC not greddy, had a look on google for both of them, they are the same price but both come with the middle screw adapter and o rings, mine didn't come with either, So I'll either have to get one made or buy one from somewhere.
  21. I'm going to go get it from the shed and check it out. brb
  22. yeah declare it sorn :)
  23. The solinoid would not effect boost pressue unless you have a boost leak. How much boost do you think you have lost ? Do you have an aftermarket gauge ? Obvious places to check is under the throttle boddies, there is a hose connected to the bottom of each one, most common boost leaks start here with it popping off.
