There is no Zed!!!
Excuse me Mr Turbot, but at the risk of being pelted with rotting fruit, where's the 350? Failing that, it'd have to be the Skylark, of course, and may well be in a couple of years time ;) ... Well, what'd you expect me to say? CheerZ, JB.

Best 4x4xfar...LOL
Sheesh .. she's a beauty, huh? I think the only wise decision there was the tints, they may preserve the driver's identity ... :x:

Welcome back to the good old days!
Yes, I'm familiar with these wallet emptiers too! I had to part with the £80 for a pair for beloved, just cos I was on trip to the US with work - Don't tell me they come free in the MR2 owner's toolkit, Timmy, if I'd have known I'd have sovved out the £50 and got her one of them instead!! CheerZ, JB. (can I still sign as that without Nelson bustin' a cap in m'ass?) ;)

funny sxoc 300ZX discussion...
Erm, not it's not!!! It's been used by Renault, granted, but I think you'll find it was nicked from Nissan as part of the takeover deal ... Not that I'm biased in any way, of course!! ;) Welcome back, btw, Timmy .. long time, no hear! :hyper: CheerZ, JB.

Picking Car up on Saturday
Hello mate - nice one! :hyper: Whereabouts in Kent are you? Always pleased to welcome a fellow Kent zedder, even if mine does look a little "different" these days! :D CheerZ, JB.

cost for a respray.
Rob, I think you'll do well to find a lighter shade of blue to buy - I don't think there are any other blues other than ones that have been re-painted in something like Bayside. Stu/Cerina maybe able to help here, since Cerina's car is a nice light blue - apart form that I've only ever seen one other, and that was definitely sprayed. I think if you've found a sound Z that you're happy with anyway, you're taking a risk if you invest in another IMO! :D Just a thought ... CheerZ, JB.

Truly stunning car!
I bet the local church were gutted when half of their organ got stolen to make that stylish exhaust .. still, perhaps it plays a pleasant air as it motors along? :xxx:

And what about the new rear spoilers?
Good Choice .. that's the same paint that Peter put on mine - very nice too ... Nighthawk Black Pearl? It's got a lovely blue fleck in strong sunlight. :D We all know that black is best .... CheerZ, JB.

Cuddly toy? Carbon Bonnet? Signed Photo of the moderators? (not Paul, though :O) ... How about a Z tax disc holder (on a slightly more serious note) .. :D CheerZ, JB.

Z logo / keyring (in Pulp Fiction)
FFS - Glad I typed out all that feedback about this keyring (please see posts 2&4) .... ah well, never mind .... in future, it'll be :x: ;) :D CheerZ, JB.

99 spec front
Oi, Cheeky Wind-up Hamster ... as I said, OEM is best!
-
99 spec front
I agree with Mike .. dunno about there being too many Wings West ones, but the 99 front end is good value for money - one of the best looking out there, and since it's OEM, you're guaranteed a perfect fit. This isn't always the case with some of the other *more expensive* replacements. ;) CheerZ, JB.

Z logo / keyring (in Pulp Fiction)
Erm, I would advise against buying this keyring ... I bought one, and although it was delivered quickly (and was cheap enough), it fell apart within 2 weeks, and I'd only done about 500 miles in my Z. IMO, the design is flawed, as it's got a tiny screw that relies on a thread in the top of the aluminium "Z" ... it did look nice, but it don't anymore, as it's now just a ring with a ball on it! :p I have written (twice) to the company that sells them to try and solicit a response/explanation/replacement, but so far, not a dickie bird. :nono: :slap: Now in search of a better one. CheerZ, JB.

Hi, info please
Correct me if I'm wrong, Nigel, but didn't he ask for information concerning Z31s? Very harsh given that they are 300zxs also .... :nono: I'm also an ex-200 owner, and I rarely wear a dress, weekends only, of course! ;) Oh, come to think of it, I'm an ex-300zx owner too ... damn these pesky urls!! Devil, don't think it did ever come out here with a digi-dash, but as Herman rightly points out - zclub.net is the place for Z31 officianados!! :D CheerZ, JB.

zx on ebay
Haven't I just read a post on here from someone asking how much to sell that very car for? It's an N/A with 45k in Lambo green with custom rear lights - surely there can't be that many of them about .. If the styling's to your taste, looks worth a punt to me .. I'd have a quick shufty through the last couple of day's posts though .. I'm sure it's there. :D CheerZ, JB.

Name films and TV programmes where the 300ZX makes an appearance
Erm, there's a silver one in a film I saw the other day with Nicholas Cage as some physcotic gangster, who then gets stitched up by a ginger geezer, who's wife gets killed in the 300 ... nasty! God, it's annoying - someone help me out with the name of the film. It's quite an extended sequence too, albeit an unpleasant ending!

Grey Zeds only!!
Can I join in? :hyper: After all I did have a grey Z32 too!! :D:D CheerZ, JB.

You'd have got me too, you git ... Talk about tempting fate ... you silly fecker; I was just about to burst into tears - good job Stu's not as gullable as me (and some others) ... :xxx: (Glad you've not been robbed though ;))

350Z for sale already.
It's £24k for the base model, and £26.5k for the GT-pack .. which (of course) is the one to have. It's another 500 notes for the Rays alloys (again, you must have these), another 150/200 for metallic paint (I think, can't remember). It's also another 500 quid for the orange leather (should that take your fancy) and it's another 1500 for sat nav. As for the cheap cars, they are mainly 2002 JDM imports .. the spec of the JDM car is inferior, as too is the build quality, so I'm told. The UK spec cars (which only began Oct 2003) are holding up with far better residuals. As far as I'm aware, also, all of the 2004 allocation of cars is now sold, so this should help to further bolster residuals for the limited supply of UK models. I'll definitely being trying to write an objective review of how it compares to my 3 previous Z32s, once I've had a chance to live with it a little longer (only done 400 miles so far) ... Unfortunately (eh?) I've been away on holiday, so I've missed some drive time. ;) Suffice it to say for now, it's a different experience to the Z32 in many ways - but so far so good, and it turns heads in the same way that all of the previous incarnations of the Nissan Z-car have :hyper: Anyway, enough from me, for now! ;) CheerZ, JB.
