  1. Yeah, I thought that, too .... really does look Sh-ite! Pretty good article apart from that, though, although have you noticed in Japanes Performance, that whatever model is in the spotlight (i.e. Supra, Z, RX-7, 3000gt) they all seem to be "perhaps the greatest Japanese supercar" LOL ... clealry, however, this time the superlatives were entirely valid. Good publicity, though. Nice to see:D CheerZ, John.
  2. Black and grey are definitely the best .... (stoops back below parapet to avoid oncoming volley of rotting fruit) they were the two colours I wanted when setting out, and perhaps I'm biased, since I've got a grey one now, after recently selling my black one! Red's good too ....
  3. You may well have seen this, but, If you check out the nissan main UK site, it says they'll definitely be in the UK for October 2003!!!!!!!!!:D I know reaction is mixed, but this is quite possibly the first new car I've been interested in (that I can dream of affording) for quite some time. Bring it on! Personally, I'm not sure where I stand on the "does it look like a TT" debate. I'm not sure I care, but it's definitely the best news from Nissan for many a long year ... after all, I was never gonna afford 50k for a UK spec Skylark! I think they've managed to keep the heritage in-built, and I'll certainly be looking in to getting one. Just have to convince the missus of the sense of retaining current beasty too! Then I can really get on with those Z32 mods ... bankcruptcy imminent:confused: CheerZ, John-Boy.

Yeah, it's definitely true, I heard it on the tv last night. Can't wait either ... Many have tried to immitate the inimmitable, but they've all failed miserably. I seem to remember that after his departure, they wheeled out another Clarkson-esque, lofty, curly-top ... in fact, I think his name was Peter May, he tried to copy Jez's style but it just didn't work. Let's hope we get the full set of Jezzer, Tiff, Quentin and Vicky for a little light relief:D (if you know what I mean) - then perhaps Top Gear will be worth watching again! BTW, went to a driving day at Millbrook a couple of months ago, and who should turn up in her yellow S2000, but the Vick-ster herself. Seemed like a bit of a snooty cow, as it goes, well, she wouldn't go for the offer of a pint and a packet of crisps:o Shame! Couldn't deny she was lovely from an ogling standpoint, nonetheless! Cheers, John.

Hi Tony, Welcome to the world of 300 ... I'm pretty new to this site too, but I've found it really useful so far, and in parts, pretty amusing too! One problem I have noticed, however, is my productivity (or lack of at work) ... unfortunately, since I'm the boss here and supposed:D to be setting an example, I have to keep 1 eye over my shoulder and flick on to some other random screen, everytime one of my guys walks in my office! It's all too easy to come down with a case of Zedmania:D Particularly when you start reading about some peoples' mods and then on to dreaming about what to do next! CheerZ, John.
  6. Yeah, I'll take my hat off to you, Craig - site looks great. Must have taken one hell of a lot of work. Well done and thanks! Cheers, John Boy Z32 :D
