I am having heat issues with the car and in traffic I can't stop it running to hot, if the bonnet is up it is ok. With the single turbo conversion the viscous fan is gone as is the oem radiator and electric fan. In it's place are two smaller rads and electric fans, I have just wrapped all the manifolds and intend to fit two vents in the bonnet to allow heat to escape. After doing some work this weekend I think the fans are not wired to flow the air in the correct direction for the best cooling. This is the current layout of radiators xxxx engine xxxxx xxxxRadiatorxxxxx fan is sucking airflow \/ \/ \/ direction xxxxxxFanxxxxxx xxxxxxFanxxxxxx …

I have an aftermarket steering wheel, the indicators dont turn themselves off when you go around corners. Is this because of the steering wheel and boss kit or is something else borked?.

OK, i have some det issues above 15psi, and have been advised by JD to have a Fuel Pressure Regulator fitted to see how the fueling is going. My delimma is what one to buy??? Seen some on flea-bay, but not sure what is good and what is a waste of my hard earned cash. If you have one, what have you got? Don't want to go mad, but want good quality that will last, and does it need a gauge? Many thanks people, Al.

want to do an MOT asap but my drivers side O2 sensor is lazy. been told its better when warm but there is always the possibility of failing. Mine still has cats in.............. is there anything i can do to get it through MOT? some people reckon it could still pass, other say to unplug second O2 sensor and the ecu will try to give it an average reading in its place and others say to undo a pipe on the balance bar. ooooohhhh errrrrr. is it hard to change an O2 sesor on the driver side?

Granted headlights arent the best but what an awesome looking machine, i was vey impressed with it, nice big and beefy:D!

Hi all, My car's in my garage at the moment, the driver's side o2 sensor is out after a massive ball-ache, but I can't get the new sensor in because I can't apply pressure onto the new sensor via the crows feet and extention bar so the threads catch and it screws in. How have other people gotten around this? Does the car need to go up on ramps and then I could install it from underneath? Secondly, I can't see any way of getting to the passenger side sensor, how have people gotten this out? Again, do you get at it from underneath the car? I have extension bars and crows feet, but this is taking forever! It's taken me 1.5 hours to get the old sensor out! …

emissions is 6% on CO level. very rich. the MAF reading is 1.3 (ok i beleive) timing 15 deg (fine) injector pulse 2.27ms injector duty 2.11% IACV 17% the TPS was out, it was 0.80v, now corrected to 0.48v i need to lower the base idle i believe, as its 1125rpm. now then, the o2 sensors. Left 0.65v (on idle) Right 0.34v (on idle) when reved the car to 2000rpm, the reading just stayed there, maybe increased/decreased a little, but its supost to go nuts isnt it? when i lower the base idle, will that lower the voltage, decreasing the CO level? or are the o2 sensors broke?
