While messing about with my car today I noticed White/grey smoke coming out of her, i've not noticed it before I've had a few puffs if I nail it but that's all. The only work I've done was I changed the fuel reg (second hand) as it was leaking. Does it sound like PCV valves or somthing else???

195 Euros for the day, 4 sessions, a 5th possible I live about 60 miles away, got a spare bedroom and room for a couple extra cars. It would be sweet to get 2 or 3 or even more Z32's out there. I got all the tools necessary to swap pads etc etc, and I should have some brake fluid and equipment for brake bleeding this week. Only thing I don't have is a quality camera. I'm definitely going, already took the day off. It's a monday. Let me know.

I've just bought a fan controller for my electric fan conversion (yes i know, LOL :D). The trouble is it has come with Jap instructions  Is there a way of translating documents or can any one point me in the right direction with the connections please. Also i presumed i would not need a relay but on page 2 there is a picture of a relay. Do i need one in between the controller and the fan ? Also in pdf which is better quality.

Just had the car sonsulted. These are the figures below on the printout. Can someone explain what they mean? I know nothing about how engines work so keep it simple!! The reason i'm asking is because i'd like to know if i have anything to worry about, or to look out for. An explanation and advice could well result in a pint if you're at Japfest 2 on sunday :duffer: no1 115rpm no2 111rpm no3 110rpm no4 115rpm no5 127rpm no6 122rpm. Thanks, Daffy.

Hi, just trying to get the clutch booster system working on a fairlady i recently brought from a chap on here, but need a little help! The car was a auto, been converted using a turbo box, clutch booster, slave and master clylinder system. Theres a pipe just above the clutch master cylinder fluid with nothing connected to it. The previous owner said this can be connected up to make to clutch pedal a bit lighter (as its quite heavy now!). My understanding is that it looks similar to how a brake servo works, with a pipe with one way valve going to the inlet manifold. Is this the case with this system, or is there need for some tanks etc?, or if the …

Or as they are correctly called, 'direct fire coils, on fire, in the engine bay'. This phenomenon occurred whilst I was driving last night, accompanied by an acrid smell of burning plastic and was preempted by running on 5 cylinders. Be warned! I have (had) all new connectors, it appears there must have been an internal short or something. Not much left of the coil pack but at least I could light my fag without getting my lighter out whilst I contemplated how to extinguish it :-\. As it turned out a 'birthday cake' blow was enough to put it out. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone got a spare connector they would care to sell me please? Cheers H

At first i thought it was Tony B, but then i realised he moved back up north. It was a Green LWB with some really nice sounding exhausts, had a A piller with Gauges in and 99 Spec rear lights with the table top Spoiler. His reg started with TIL. This was near the Hilton Hotel on the dual carriage way behind if it you get what i mean.

As above i can get hold of some MDF really easily via family but can anyone recommend where to get the rest of the materials? i'm guessing i need some sort of carpet some glue or staples? i will also be putting in a LED 300zx logo that lights up in the boot area at night just for myself so i can have a bit of fun. I have a few ideas and designs, some tacky and some quite good but basically i am wishing to get either an LED strip and design it into a funky 300zx logo on the boot floor or cut it into the floor. gonna try some ideas out and see if it ends up too tacky!
