http://pistonheads.co.uk/sales/2190099.htm Here's the ad on Pistonheads - any tips on how I might have a bit more success in getting some interest. Not 1 single person has even been to view the car. Please don't say stick 6 months tax on it because sadly I can't magic £112 out my @rse to pay for it :tt2: Any more tips on the ad? Suggestions where else I might advertise? I'm not desperate to sell it (ie i'm not taking silly money for it) but I thought I might have had a bit of interest by now.... Ta J

Hi all, I'll be installing an OEM spoiler on my NA and would be grateful for your advice and help. The spoiler in question is shown below: It currently has four mounting points to the rear. These I have circled in red and align perfectly with the holes in my tailgate. The problem I have is with the securing of the side of the spoiler. It looks like originally these were supposed to have clips on the …

My lovely 1987 auto ZX has been on SORN for a year or two, but I'm starting to get it ready to get back on the road, possibly with a view to selling it (the hiccup was lack of funds). It's a tidy little (or not so little!) car and ran very well until a combination of head gasket/radiator/thermostat probs took her off the road. These have now been sorted. My question is basically am I foolish to think of selling her? I've never ever seen another of this vintage on the road and very rarely on the likes of e-bay. Is it worth keeping for its rarity value - always assuming I can afford to keep it that is?! And tied to this... does anyone out there have any knowl…

Right, so i bought my car in august and after having it a week the clutch selecter fork (??) broke. I had that changed along with a new clutch at a cost or around £500. Now the same fault i had before has returned. I'm guessing it will be the selecter fork again and not the clutch itself. i've taken it back to the garage i had the work done, should be under warrenty. Definatly not happy. Even thought of selling up and cutting my losses :( Loosing faith in it, may have bitten off more than i can chew with this one, she does need a fair amount of work :(
