hi guys,want to renew grill mesh in my front bumper,how big a job is it to remove front bumper?any advice greatly recieved!!!:confused1:

Planning an oil change, filter etc anybody know how much oil the engine holds please, i dont yet have a workshop manual! The car is 1990 300zx tt manual. Also whilst on the subject which grade/manufacter is recommended for good protection from cold? cheers

i noticed inthe back of me car when pulling it apart there r loads of ECU.s and a box with pipes coming out of it. It looks like something do with ABS? Any ideas. I want to take of the rear steer and if there is any crap i can take of like ECUs can i take them off?

Are there any cons of bypassing the PCV other than the emissions side of things? Not replacing something that put's crap recycled air into my intake if theres no need too!

Ok folks what size are the standard door speakers and has anyone got a good recommendation for replacements as they are crackling and im after changing them :) marty

After obtaining a velour interior, all the small panels are complete and its onto the door cards and rear panels by the seats. The interior pieces were for a UK car, so i got myself some UK door cards. The Door cards had some worn alcantara, so i stripped that off and fitted the velour and decided to add a door light, that will come on with the interior light when the door is opened. I picked up me new motor last weekend. As still getting used to it, left the spare keys on the same ring, Now i ran to catch a bus and got on train got a work and oh no keys had fell from me pocket, sitting in work wondering if cars still in car park,, Yes it was when got back, My log book is sent off from Glynn Hopkins to re register in my name. im thinking about changing my rear spoiler, i really like the lower one's, think it gives the car a sleeker look, heres a pic of mine, also would be nice to see some pics of ur cars with lower spoilers so i know which one i wont, sorry to b a pain thanks in advance,

Looking to swap two oil pressure senders that are on my zeds, one is an after market sender for my digital guage and the other is stock, whats the best way to do this ? I'm thinking find a bolt with the same thread size or stick a small cork up the whole when i pull the first sender off. Any better ideas ?

Hi all, i have a 93 ZX, the standard headlights seem really poor, even on main beam, i understand it is possible to install a HID type conversion to brighten things up. can anybody suggest a kit and supplier that i could talk to ??? thanks

Anybody knows that 300zx steering angle is not to great ant if you want to go sideways you really need to work very hard. I have s13 as well and I am using that only for drifting. S13 have much more angle that 300zx thats whats makes drifting harder on 300zx. Anyone knows how to make more steering angle. Modified lower arms? steering tensions? or even any steering kit? Does anyone been done this or know how to do it?

I'm starting to suspect my car may have previously been an automatic that's been converted. So I thought a few questions that you guys will no doubt be able to answer very easily, will solve my curiosity. Do manuals come with cruise control? (Most cars with CC are Auto?) What kind of dip-stick should a manual have? (Flexy-Wire style/Flat Alu style) Are there any tell-tale signs of an automatic 300zx? There are a few issues with our 300 mechanically and I need to start getting them sorted out, I'd like to know exactly what it is I'm dealing with before I really start taking it apart, if I know I've got to change things etc I'll make sure I have them before I …

hi all where would u all recomend the best place for parts is the zed, i use to use camskill for the evo as u can get all u needed, add it all to ur basket so u can see what ur spending, im looking at getting, cam belt kit with water pump uprated fuel pump fuel filter oil an filter an gear oil, (i'll get from oil man) spark plugs new induction kit. does nissan still make the pannels under the wipers, an the roof strips?

Evening all. Parped a pheasant today, forgotten how poor the horn is in my car :blushing: Not really a beefy mans horn is it. From what I remember there is a single horn on mine under the nose panel. Reading through someone recommended the dual Vauxhall Vectra horns, Would I need to fit a relay for these? Any other recommendations for replacing it - I also recall someone saying the Fiat horns (same as Lambo), what model is it coz searching for fiat horns brings up 100's Cheers

hi guys. does anybody no where i can get viper vented wings wrapped in carbon fibre, or made in carbon fibre. looking to do something different with the wings think they would look great in carbon fibre! cheers aron

can u help? I have cut off the outer sill and found that the inner sill with the round holes in is rottern at the bottom about 1 inch and is flopping about. I just wondered if i can weld this up without buying the complete section. Or do i just buy a new one? Saving the pennys. Has anyone dun this before and can help. If so please let me know. Cheers
