So I'm driving back to Surrey from Hammersmith earlier tonight, I've got an Audi behind me on the A3 wanting to break the speed limit. The speed limit is changing up a few miles per hour, so I think, I'll down it a few gears and show this muppet what he's pissing off. As I do so and floor it, the car makes a loud BANG, could swear I saw a load of smoke out of the exhausts and it's running like a bag of spanners, "NO MY TURBOS!". Water temperature and oil pressure are both perfect and below 2000 revs it's smooth as a babies bum, so I try to coast gently up the rest of the A3, hoping to limp it back to Surrey and if need be, take it to my old tuners in Tolworth in the …

Hi, I'm hoping someone could give me some advice. When I bought the car, I had originally planned to use it as a daily drive and bazza was good enough to throw in an extra set of wheels (with a little persuasion :P ) which I had intended to use for the winter. Just over a month later I am smitten and after doing a bit of math it seems daft putting loads of extra miles on her on the tedious drive to work and back, especially given there isn't one opportunity along the way to have a little fun :). With that in mind I've bought myself a little diesel corsa which given our girt is a thirsty lass pays for itself in fuel in 4 months ha and it also means I don't really nee…

Hi Guys, got some issues with my gearbox, Bought the car with a known problem, Gbox stayed in safety mode. Initially the problem was thought to be the speed sensor, however after swapping it out with a good one, the problem didn't go away. General reading on this site and others, indicated the Box was buggered. So with the help of Vodkashots (what a guy!) the Box was removed, upon first check it seemed okay, however then something happened which led me to beleive the box was really f'd up. Any way, Here's my car... here's my box, but i dont think i should be able to do this!! Any way, does anyone think the box is refurbish-able.. Rich

So how is it, in the last 3 days, I've driven my gunmetal Z, with obviously unpainted sills, from Doncaster to Glasgow and back and from Doncaster to Surrey, up into and around London and back down to and around Surrey and not one person spotted me? For crying out loud, on Sunday there was also a black and yellow Z and a Silver Z in convoy with me!! It's not fair, I want to get spotted! :(

Whilst cleaning my rear wheel tonight i noticed that the metal to which the back bumper secures to just behind the back wheel was quite badly rotten, as I touched it, some fell away :-(. As far as I can see this metal runs parrallel to the bumper and exhaust right to the back of the car, it all seems quite badly rotten. Can this be replaced like the sills can be? Or do I need to get someone to fabricate a new part up?? Thanks, Dan
