What according to you guys is a fair price for a manual conversion these days. Specifically one with a brand new clutch/lightweight fly. Genuine question so appreciate sensible answers :thumbup1:

Just a general questions to the community. Many of us searching for high-end adjustable suspension are face with many choices. As it will be a huge investments for most of us, we all want to make sure that we are making the right decision. But ultimately, it comes down to prices and what we can afford. We would all love to ride on a set of Ohlins DFV, but at £2500 a set it is just a bit outside of the budget for many of us. So the questions here is what "High End" suspension do you think you can afford? How much is it? And why would you choose that over anything else in the same price bracket? As the keyword here is 'affordable', lets try t…

I'm finishing off the doors and rear 1/4's tomorrow, and that will be me with a tidy satin black/carbon fibre SWB TT drifter, all ready for applying the sponsors decals (more on that in a day or so ) night time pics are never the best, so I'll get some better pics taken tomorrow I reckon another few days and it'll be ready for it's first outing I'll be honest, I'm quite excited about how well this project has progressed in such a short period of time loads to tell but just waiting on contracts to be signed :ninja:

Ive started polishing up the plenum off my old 'Wasp'. Trouble is, every time am on my own with the dog and try to use the dremel, he goes out and howls! I'm strating off with the dremel and grinder attachment to knock off the worst, and the casting marks then is grafting away with the wet n dry after that. Going to be slow progress but taking pics along the way... :) Original: Now:

I've been waiting for a dry day without having to defrost to bring the new zed in and give it a good long run and walked out the front door this morning to find no frost or ice on the car, grabbed the keys and set off. It's a good 29-30 mile commute in with a bit of stop start traffic. The car didn't bat an eyelid, perfect temp and oil pressure all the way in. I behaved myself as the prob is a bit wobbly and kept it below 60 most of the way but got to the last long 3 mile straight and some mazda 6 ts decided to try and undertake me so i dropped a cog and demolished him :) I love it - back in a decent driveable zed for the first time in ages It's good to b…

As title really, know there are many threads about each. But im wondering, for the occasional trackday and general spirited driving and a highly modded engine, which is best suited. My car has full interior, dont want an oil can in a footwell or anything in the boot. Wana keep what practicality it has. So things i wana compare: Cost of each. Ease of use/servicing, i like regular servicing and dont want it to be 8 litres at a time. How good each is at doing there job of protecting from oil starvation. Availability. And anything anyone wants to add. any advice welcome. thanks in advance. danny

Is it the top or the bottom pipe that gets blanked off....I can't remember which I did last time? One of my Arc bov hard pipes has one pipe blanked off already so no need for a bung to that end I've got to get this: to fit either the drivers side or the passengers side and then get a second hard pipe fab'd to fit the opposite side tomorrow

Today i am a very happy zedder. After 3 engines and lots of ups and downs i am happy to say SHE LIVES :-). Got the engine built up and fitted in. Primed her up and started first turn of the key. left her ticking over up to temp and got the hot air coming through. Still have a few tweeks to do but i can finally see the light at the end of the very long tunnel.
